As for the loan-out, I suppose hedging out for long positions for a short would make more sense tbh... I can't see what other reason the point of a share loan-out would do. Do not currently foresee it medium term, but I guess betting is where these guys make the bucks, just not risk averse tbh

More shares loaned out by Schroeders .. Ian.B, can you explain the reasons for a loan-out of the shares? I'm a bit miffed about the practice. Loaned to company for shorting? Can't think that would be it considering sp direction.

TBVH, Cinema isn't going anywhere for a while, and you would be naive to think otherwise. Movie moguls need to extract every dollar from publications and Cinema initially provides the initial big boost on release, and after that other media outlets are contracted to continue some flow of cash!

It is as simple as that. When the companies resume business, (moguls & cinema chains), sp WILL see a boost...without a doubt.

Yes I concur, excellent trading update, and was as expected!

Boo is plagued by the scandal, hence it is where it is...If it wasn't for that they would be doing much better. You also have to remember it attracted tons & tons of traders at its fall to £2..(including moi, as it was a no brainer), and majority of them have been waiting for BOO trading update todays ...so they'll be off-loading for a while!

IIRC they never had Divi's to start with, why in God's name would they shoot themselves in the foot by bringing out a divi under current climate... another lifestyle BoD share. NAV has always been more than the SP.. Company lacks enthusiasm by a longshot. Wana make a quick buck fair do's but be careful.

Newboy, sorry to hear about your loss.. you basically need to hope that no-one brings anything forward before March that's better or equal to the SKIN device and tbh the way things are going atm, you've a very good chance of recouping money plus profits.

To the rest.. you're talking 6 months from launch, and yes I agree..IF nothing better is brought to market by then this will do well. The sp speaks for general market, not the members on LSE lol
