Well I did say the thought of 57p shares coming onto market would see this positive... so did MCPrice and a few other.

MCPrice... if i sell @57p today... does the allocation i'm allowed stay with me?..., or is it a case of you sold so you've lost the entitlement.

I was thinking of parting with a few if the Sp stays around this area or higher.. i/e stagnant.... bit if it shot up a few days before the approval in December above 57p, wondering if I still have the entitlement to buy at 57p.

Think seller is still active here... albeit less pressure each day, so may be dwindling.

TBH, current Pfizer vaccine has too many limitations, foremost being storage temp and distribution. PDS vaccine, if found to be viable to storage under standard refrigeration techniques, allows for faster transportation and mass production! IF proven in human trials, then yes this will be massive.

IMO, I can only see L.A buying at 57p as a good thing for the sp currently... and any other II's. As said L.A is due to take up any remainder allocation. It's a waiting game coming into December now... I saw lots of large buys yesterday as I was monitoring this and Cineworld.

Hey_arnold, Not sure... I would've thought all the main larger shareholders would've been told by L.A of the plan well before it was made public, so they could've offloaded prior to the announcement... but who knows.

Well I had a great day with Cineworld today so i'm pretty chuffed, and was also watching BWNG most of the day.. Lol at least it finished blue. Will see where the sp is tomorrow at possible lowest to top up here. Tis a shame they announced the raise business before the vaccine announcement yesterday, would've been nice the other way around and might have been a different story.

Personally I don't think Avacta are particularly bothered as evident by the lack of comms. Prior to funding the company practically released an RNS a week substantiating investor relations. I traded AVCT well during the mad swings after the funding and finally left the company and tbh haven't invested long in any Covid plays since....just trades. Testing will still be required, but imo the company isn't a one play company... I believe they will focus more on the Cancer research for which they're funded now.

I was never happy after that underhanded funding after we were told there wouldn't be one... then the lack of comms... and finally the time they were taking. tbh the signs were all there.

I know what you mean mate, we seem to have more questions than answers... but from what I understand L.A holds 38% and to remain a majority shareholder AND keep it that way, he'd have to take up a minimum of 50% the new shares or to have a controlling interest, more than 50%...from what I understand.

So of the circa 175mil shares coming forward, he'd have to take 88Mil shares to stay at 38% or way more to have a 51% to have a controlling interest and unequivocal shareholding.

Mushyd, duno mate...don't think it will be PI's though..as many have taken advantage of the dip below 57p. II's may take up the offer as they will receive a large lump of shares without having to wade through incremental orders and on the basis of where they feel the SP will be when they want to offload in the future... and the length of time they want to hold for.

But surely the sp will rise to minimum 57p as the bulk purchase is made by Lord Alliance himself... add to the fact the debt will be repaid, I believe they're looking at the bigger picture here.
