We approach July. No movement of any rig. No groundwork being prepared. Still waiting on approvals for Te9 location. GSA not yet agreed. But. Great news on the gas processing plant and export pipeline. Seismic continuing, two batches complete (I think), with extra passes added to firm up data. I do wonder whether we’re moving along as expediently as possible whilst ensuring that we get this right. A glance across the board to Echo shows how quickly things can and do move elsewhere. Increasingly, I’m of the opinion that we have an offer in the bag and the offer is subject to the buying company completing their own interpretation of the seismic together with the proven data from Te6&7. Would any potential suitor offer anything without undertaking this level of due diligence, regardless of independent CPRs ? July will run into August and we’ll be no further forward with Te9. If this occurs, any further stalling tactics (aka news without actually moving forward with the drill) would indicate to me that the potential buyer is pulling the strings. In all likelyhood this theory is probably miles off target. But imagine if it was close to being correct. The SP will flounder around 36-45p and then BOOM. Suspended. No progressive build to a higher price. Offer announced.
Ducati, He's been in my bin for a week or so now. Got sick of the never ending rant about JP's trading plan. Not sure what he's alluding to now but not interested either. We've made a great start to June. Optimism breeds on good news. I sense that this is just the start. If we sign off on the GSAand the BOT, we're waiting only on the drill bit on Te9. The news on success (or not) will hit during Q4 this year in my opinion. From that point - nobody would ever want to be out of this share. Hold or top up people because the recovery has commenced.
I've never met JP or been to an investor event. But. I have researched Sound and the careers of JP, BM and JJT. Looked into ONHYM and OGIF I do understand the political and economic landscape of Morocco. I've watched every Sound video and read every RNS. I've invested heavily (for me) in Sound Energy and this team. Of all the posters, the most surprising change I've seen in the last two years or so has come from 250SWB. There was a time when every 250 post left me exhilarated at the thought of how big this could be. Then JP offloads some shares for personal reasons and we're suddenly all exposed to a potential failure. The problem with this line is that the inference is that JP has seen the seismic and knows something we don't know. I just don't get it. JP must have financial commitments like the rest of us, albeit probably on a larger scale. If the guy needs some cash, so what ! Same applies to all the nonsense about BM not having his own cash in Sound (albeit he now has LTIP or restricted stock). Just because he's been on a great salary thoughout his career does not mean he has to have spare cash to throw around. I work with many many people on great salaries who struggle to get to the end of the month. Fact. Not fiction. So in my view, 250 has another agenda. I don't know what, but his constant deramping about our CEO not being aligned has worn out now. We've all heard it and quite honestly, I've never seen a poster fall from grace, so quickly and so hard as 250 has in the last few weeks. He can't recover from this and his tactics haven't worked. This AIM thing is a different playing field to anything I've ever encountered and the approaches or tactics employed range through the whole spectrum. To be truly succesful with an agenda you have to maintain that subtlety and go in and out, hot and warm and cold. All at the right times. I'm sorry 250 but you need to change your handle, drop the capitals, change the grammar and start again. You've failed. Plain and simple. All in my opinion :)
Esox, I do get it but I like reading the posts of Daveyboy, Manic, Table, Jack, Morrocoknows, PNE, Crude etc. They all respond to the trolls and thats all I see. The worst one of all for me was BT. What a complete nut job. I get the feeling that Te9 will see an end to all the trolling. Can't wait for that RNS declaring huge amounts of gas. Very difficult to predict how positive the reaction will be but we won't see sub 80p again is my guess.
That could work Jack. Only issue I see is the trolls would use an alias to gain access and then you're back to this LSE nonsense. The filter option has worked for me. I see the responses or replies to Fatty, Drivel and co but I never read their posts anymore. Takes a bit of discipline and time to get used to it but it sure does clean up the chat. Exciting times ahead. I wonder what we'll jump to if Te9 comes in. Double todays SP would do for me.
This SP drop is truly an example of what MM's are capable of. We have gas. We have acreage. We have seismic developing. We have great partners. We're about to drill. And they drive the sentiment and emotion down. Incredible. So wish I could buy more at these prices but nonetheless, I WON'T SELL A SINGLE SHARE.
SI, Can you please explain what you mean by "therefore no dilution to existing holders". Not disagreeing. Just don't fully understand.
Quite a dilution. Does this mean the SP will rise by 2500% ?
