Their last trade could be 2,556,446 for example or something hefty like 40,556,446.

Monecur were not out before today as the volume was only 200M. Now I think we're close. Very close in fact. The MMs could well have been filling their order all day long. Time will tell. What the share registry tells us is that they are under 3% although not sure when this was last updated.

It states that those above 3% have to be listed. Even Landsdown is listed at 2.9%
RF at 6% and JA at 20%.

Well their final trade will end in 554, 446 according to the RNS. Will be interesting tomorrow and thursday as expecting a large print from these guys as no way would this TRP be so viscously sold down on transformational news without a big seller.

85M shares is not a lot seeing as 200M was traded from 29 July to 9 August - add on 230M today as these guys are selling as detailed in the RNS on Aug 4th. That's my perspective

Trouble with the GBP blocks is the exactly that - the issue is COS. Here, at TRP the COS at 80% is highly favourable hence the $15M Heads of Agreement now in place. I'm very suprised to see this slightly in the red after hitting 30% first thing this morning. Mind, at £8.75M MCap it's silly cheap. Nonetheless, we know Monecur have been selling this down into any rises recently (hence their reduction from 120M to 85M which actually occured on July 29th). An 8,000 bopd target would generate £160M PER YEAR. It's no surprise to me the HoA has been signed and TRP are sourcing a rig contractor for a high impacting drill in a prolific O&G region.
