Jarv RNS says MSP Corporate Services. This appears to only have been incorporated fairly recently, in Sept 2018, so obviously no accounts submitted yet. What’s the link to the company you provided the web address for? Genuine question, just noticed the incorporation date and curious.

Paradoxically therefore the rampers/derampers/trolls are having the inverse effect to what they’re trying to achieve. The old maxim DYOR has never been more appropriate.

It’s ridiculous to suggest it should have been mentioned in the original RNS. He’s on probation. He has a defence that he says can be corroborated by many reputable people. If it’s proven otherwise his contract won’t be extended, but if it’s proven that he was innocent then there will be many people who will be thinking ‘there but for the grace of God...’, we’ll also have an employee who is grateful for the support. Will it then be an impediment over there? No. Storm in a teacup whipped up for the benefit of others.

Agreed JA. I must admit to feeling slightly nervous about the scale of the drop, not because of change in fundamentals simply because of the state of the market, but looks like sense has more or less prevailed

I’m not angry at all. Calm and comfortable in fact. IF that’s how it went perhaps he feels the company aren’t getting the recognition it deserves for what it has recently delivered. If so I’d tend to agree. Sounds like he may be very confident and was simply being ironic. I wasn’t there, Silverlight mentions that others took a different view of the proceedings and sounded excited. Happy to play this one out, a couple of flippant sentences aren’t going to change my mind

RNS’s are too important, or should be viewed as such, to allow such errors to occur. Of course we all make mistakes but it is usual practice for important docs to be signed off, usually by more than one individual. I would be livid if my company put out a document with such basic errors. It smacks of rushing and poor process. Hopefully they’ve learned from their mistake and will put in a better process for future sign-off. Anyway, back to the positives of this company, of which there are many

As some of us noted and reported after the Nov presentation, they seemed very comfortable with the relationship with Riverfort and had no problem with the technical necessity of having to put the going concern comment in the accounts. Agree that this relationship has given them breathing space while they go for the bigger prize
