Principally with debt. Given we don't know the cost of the BFS and the proportion of debt funding we can only guess at further dilution. Until we get firm figures, including for additional reserves, RNS'd I continue to treat general comments with a huge pinch of salt.

The 2018 results have been consistently called ‘significant’ (including in the Chairman's statement in the 2019 Annual Report). There can be no way these result in anything but a material increase in resources. I’m firmly of the opinion these come into the ‘we need a bigger boat’ category. Not long to wait to find out.

I don't agree with that statement about being less likely as time goes on, certainly not at this point. In my experience most offers come in nearer the deadline, particularly if multiple potential bidders.

LTH’s have formed their opinions, based on experience and research, they certainly don’t need capital letters to highlight a point. If your goal is to enthuse then perhaps slightly fewer posts might serve you better, we won’t forget in the meantime, I can assure you. At the moment I think the greater risk is that the barrage of comments might in fact put people off even looking in.

I do find it odd that some, who last week were whipping themselves into a froth that the RNS and answers undoubtedly meant great news was imminent, are now asking anyone who is querying this to calm down, move on and wait another 6 months.
This is an extraordinary situation that needs to be explained.

Anyone who is jumping on the ‘look how few of you lazy people voted’ bandwagon are simply proving their own gullibility. Something is wrong with those figures. There is no way only 4.86% of votes were cast for decisions of those magnitudes.

Yes but we’ve had that response for years when we’ve questioned the skin in the game, it led to the share scheme (which always seemed half-hearted). Let’s hope there’s something in it this time.

Last time the share/ salary announcement seemed very rushed. It was just before the Nov meeting and the BOD was under a lot of pressure to release news about what they meant about a ‘significant increase in reserves’, why there had been no further management share scheme etc. I couldn’t understand why they hadn’t told us previously during that year that RY and PM were not taking salary (if they weren’t). It might have headed off some criticism about us all being in this together. I’m disappointed that they haven’t been clearer this time as well. If they’re genuinely edging there bets, in that they are still able to be back paid as you suggest, it doesn’t inspire confidence.

Personally the confirmation that the TEO remains on target is the number one value of today's RNS, obviously closely followed by the (non-binding) agreement. To not hit the TAO target would have put the total asset in significant jeopardy (it would have been out of our hands) and would be unforgivable.
Re the agreement, I can't see how any company would be prepared to provide a binding agreement, given the remaining uncertainties, however I also think they wouldn't sign up to having their details given to the Russian authorities if they had no intention of taking it forward.

Yes, new investors need to be clear that we LTH’s are certainly divided. If they had been on this journey longer they may better understand why.

Given you’ve been here since the 44p days I’m surprised you have so much faith in the guesswork. Each to our own. I’m not making my decision based on any bitterness, I would prefer to base it on more information. I honestly can’t see why some people are having an issue with that.
