Every time I have added to my shareholding, right back to the 8p days, I have researched the rationale. It is incredible, and a testament to the work of CF and the team, that sitting at c34p I am even more confident about the prospects here than I was at 8p!

‘Very happy here’ ‘all good’ etc etc. Jeez, just how bad does this company’s treatment of shareholders have to get before some people admit that the way we are being treated is just wrong?
I have recouped my investment in AMC shares many times over in the last 2 years by investing in companies that are dynamic and open with their shareholders, so forget the ‘LTH who got in too early/ can’t afford the paper loss’ comments. Every time they issue an RNS we have the apologists lining up to applaud the remote positive they’ve managed to conjure up from the vague information provided. In between we have the radio silence. It is an unacceptable treatment of shareholders. Thankfully I don’t need to rely on a return here so I can put these away until the day we are drip fed very good news or very bad and forget about them, but that doesn’t excuse the actions of the Board. I am certainly looking forward to attending the next shareholder’s meeting, if they deign to grant us one.

A bit too dismissive of the role of shareholders. For example, how about those of us who bought into the Primary Bid offering at 11p? That money went into the company. Also the ones who are picking up the Invesco droppings and maintaining the share price for him and us.
Having said that, I am more than happy with CF’s achievements. I think he is doing an excellent job and personally believe the timescales have slipped purely because the prize has got bigger.

Don’t even try to tell me this what part of a master plan. The date of the nickel deficit has been pushed back from earlier predictions, we’ve had it dangled as a positive for our delays so many times, anything to do with the delay in our plan is purely coincidental!

If you’re not excited about the prospects for this share you shouldn’t be in it, least of all aiming cheap shots at the vocabulary of the guy who is delivering and getting the message out.

Wake me up when the TEO drops, 'all good here' doesn't do it anymore. Seen too many trains leaving the platform statements to get excited about a 'here we go' every time the share price goes up 0.1p.

I personally think it is fanciful to expect this to go to $1bn within 6 months and I don’t think that is what CF meant. He was referring to a goal and then, I think, just trying to put it into a little context ie we could be there in the time it’s taken him to get us here. Obviously I will be DELIGHTED to be proved wrong, I just don’t want some moaning in 6 months time if our share price is 50%+ but less than £1.

As pi shareholders it’s clear we hold no leverage with the BOD, what I hope will flush this out is the pressure from the Russians themselves. We hung our hats on Putin’s desire to open up the Far East and RY has said a number of times that the Russians wanted this thing done. Perhaps they will be the ones who get this over the line for us sooner rather than later.

While I hope you are right, if that were the case why hasn’t it been sold already? Also, from what we have been told, that would deny the purchaser access to the funds that the TEO would release (unless of course they continued with a TEO submission). I personally always thought the objective was to get the TEO in making the case, obtain the funds and then put up a proper For Sale sign with so many of the current issues clarified.

That was the gist of my message. Prove the case and show the funding streams = easier sale.
And yes I did mean the TEO! TAO was a rather nice restaurant I’ve frequented, must have been a subconscious trip to happier times.

The for sale sign has been up for years. Apart from a low ball offer nothing was forthcoming, the BOD was then put in the position of having to attempt to go it alone. I personally doubt this was any of their preferred choices. The possible light at the end of the tunnel was the TAO, giving the case for the mine, with the expanded reserves, which was always expected to flush out funding from the various authorities. Once secured we become much more valuable to any purchaser. Hence my frustration yesterday. Let’s get the TAO in, soon, and see what happens.

Now go and pick up those toys you’ve thrown out the pram, there’s a good boy. I think you’ll find the majority of holders on here can more than compete with you. AMC is just one of our investments and we’re doing fine thanks, we’ll continue to say it as it is.

If you were referring to me. Yes I am invested here, I have been to many presentations and have met many of the posters on this board over the years. Funnily enough, I have never met any of the fly by night posters on here who surprisingly appear from nowhere saying LTH's are just jealous of the low price others are now buying in at (surely. to long before that's dropped in again) , spout nonsense repetitively then disappear to be replaced miraculously by others with similar MO's. I just wish the main organ grinder would stick around long enough to be held accountable for their comments.
LTH's recognise the situation and have experienced a litany of broken promises issued directly from the horse's mouth.
I'll be optimistic when I have something to be optimistic about. I look forward to that day. In the meantime I, and other LTH's I suspect, will tell it as we see it thank you very much.

The day the little cabal of nonsense talkers start dealing in facts will be a first. What on Earth do these people hope to attain with just incessantly stating blind optimism? I wonder how many names cover the one person and what is their true objective. They appear to target the average 10 year old.
Not everything is negative, not everything is positive. Dropping in inane comments that would suggest the opposite is just transparently ridiculous.

Simply too much spin being put on this by the usual blinkered rampers. The fact is this company has ALWAYS been for sale, this is no bigger flag than any other RNS. Similarly talking about the revised JORC estimates blowing the doors off is what we’ve been saying since the ‘significant’ increase was suggested to us in 2018.
The good news is we got the extension. The fact is we shouldn’t have needed one. We are no clearer about dates between now and December. At this point in time, nearly 3 months after it was due, we still do not have a submission date for the document that was always going to open up the funding channels.
Poor treatment of shareholders.

DYOR is as valid with this share as any, but what you share is always a useful contribution to the debate.

There are people turning up on this board and the other whose sole purpose is to disrupt the board. They add nothing but attempt to provoke through snide comments and simple lies. If you engage with them with reasonable debate they have won, they have no interest in reasoned arguments, just distraction. Starve them of their oxygen.
