Whether or not it goes through, because they’ve manoeuvred themselves into position, does not abdicate them from their responsibilities. Everyone is second guessing, which hasn’t got a brilliant track record here.

I agree and have done the same. I have often been accused of being a ramper here, and I have supported the BOD on many occasions, but I need something more to base my decision on other than simply hope that they've done x or y.

There is not a chance of interest rates going to 16% imo. It went close to that in the early 90's from much, much higher long term base. At that time property suffered but it didn't halve, even at those rates. If you genuinely believe it will be 16% then I believe you've seriously underestimated the fall in property prices.

We don’t know who has been knocking on the door, that’s half the problem. I’m assuming someone is taking a longer term view and seeing beyond the current malaise, I don’t see the global demand for EV’s reducing.

I personally doubt that anyone who was serious about buying AMC would dare to leave it until all the spade work done. TEO required to release state funding, that could be the catalyst.

Putin still has 4 years to run on his presidency and has apparently made it clear any constitutional changes must be put to a nationwide vote. I'm hoping whether or not he is in a position to be re-elected at that time will be of little concern to us then!

RE footnote on page 15, that was reported in BB2’s update from the meeting. I asked about the extended mine life and was told that if there is significant resource left to be mined at the time a licence expires then the extension is expected to be a foregone conclusion.
