We on here have been puzzling the relative disconnect between UJO and RBD MCaps, given their relative 16.7% v 56% WN exposure. When the B1 drill hits liquids and gas, or even just gas, both will do very well.

The main rig must be coming any day ....

Obviously a shame about the seismic, but we know what we are really waiting for here...... twitter rig video.....

Thanks for the link Dan1, just read through. So Tamaska have basically had a change of heart and are now saying the 'Farm-in' wasn't actually a 'Farm-In' but just the option to do one. Sounds like Tamaska have either a money issue or have changed their minds for whatever reason. ADX sound REALLY annoyed and are clear eyeing legal regress. However, they also stress they have no financial commitment with regards to the seismic so there is no immediate financial cost to this. IMIC-1 and 2 still on track.

How far is IMIC-2 from 1? I assume they are completing 2 as a producer as they did 1 and this time they with test straight after drill and not shut in. That was they can avoid carbonate build up. Seems mad to given what they know about these well types.

I think they might rectify that soon and the next run will be to .9 or thereabouts.

Then I predict a cheeky dip to catch the eager trader before you get 1.02 etc

1.2p will be more interesting as it will appeal to many as an 'early win' though it in no way represents what WE HOPE we have here. It's still a nice price though if you were buying at .4p

Thanks Jif, so rig up Sept 7/8th and acidisation operation expected to take 10 day inclusive of mobilisation.

From reading the short release this process should garner positive results rapidly, IF it is successful. As ever they state how common a procedure this is in Romanian wells of similar geology.

So hoping for positive Parta gas news as drilling commences at WN-B1 after mobilisation there.

New details revealed
Documents submitted by Rathlin Energy identify for the first time the exact location of the proposed sites, to be called West Newton C and West Newton D.

Rathlin Energy announced last month that the proposed West Newton C site was on land south east of Smithy Briggs Farm, off Crook Lane, near Burton Constable. West Newton D, if approved, would be at Low Fosham Farm, Low Fosham Road, Aldbrough.

West Newton C would be reached by a private access track constructed this year to the West Newton B wellsite.

But the company’s initial statement did not include maps of the proposed sites. Maps can now be seen online as part of the screening request report (West Newton C and West Newton D).

The screening reports also reveal:

Rathlin is seeking permission for two wells at each site
Drilling rigs up to 50m high would be used on the wells
Drilling the main wellbore of each well is estimated at 12 weeks
Site construction and mobilisation of drilling and testing equipment is likely to generate up to 10 two-way movements of heavy goods vehicles
Testing is estimated to take up to 30 weeks
Acidisation – the pumping of dilute acid into the wellbore – would be used at both sites
The proposed sites would target the Kirkham Abbey and Cadeby formations

So you can add that to 56% of WN then. If they all come together this is going to go 'bag-tastic'

Reabold, the AIM investing company which focuses on investments in upstream oil and gas projects, is pleased to announce that Corallian Energy Limited ("Corallian"), in which Reabold holds a 34.9 per cent. interest, has been offered 100 per cent. interests in the Victory gas discovery in block 207/1a, the Laxford gas discovery and Scourie prospects in blocks 214/29c and 214/30c, and the Oulton oil discovery in block 3/11a as part of the UK Oil and Gas Authority's 32nd Offshore Licensing Round.

It's not rocket science i suppose. We all know the main rig will commence very shortly. Clearly someone thinks there is space for a little 'Hokey-cokey' in the interval and the last few days shows that.

yeah red, it's clearly being traded and 'algo'd' and all that fun.... at some point MM's will let it go and you'll get a jolt into the 30's but it's hard to say when that will be exactly.

I only have a small piece but it has all the hallmarks of being a 'buy on dips' number over the next few days and then after mid September it could start to get tight.

I expect a lot of you have been here a long time. me...? Oooh 72 hours.....

I just had an idle look the other day and thought hmmmm, this seems wrong. pondered and then then came the WTF moment. SP is STUPID and i believe SOLG will get eaten.

Either way, the asset and the other potentials are MASSIVE

I have the distinct feeling the SP is being 'worked' in this interval between the commencement of main drilling. I am eagle eyed as have a final lump to invest....... what fun!!
