Morning Crusty, the share price has only ( since September), been consistently above 2p, so it would seem the the board took the opportunity to arrange the placement at this level (2p) and period (Sept) to achieve the pric that they did. And of course they didn't want to wait any longer than they had to, as that would had ment drawing down further on the Eclipse debt facility and incurring even more interest charges.

Makes all good business sense to me.

Crusty, the Board are telling us why they have chosen to do the placement now. It is instead of continuing to draw down on the Eclipse funding facility.
