yes agree Crusty, until all farm-out agreements have been reached nothing can be announced, but as the AGM is still nearly 2 months away there's plenty of time yet for them to finalize farm-out terms and to give sufficient public notification for them them to be voted on and concluded at the AGM. yes i still think its game on for the farm-out to be concluded at the AGM

well Crusty, i should imagine that the TPDC/Tanzanian Govt, would be as keen as us to get things signed off and get the C-1 well spuded, as the Ntorya EPS development is dependent on its success.

the other thing regard the AGM, it is being held a good deal later this year as apposed to other years, again i think to accommodate a possible farm/out approval vote by share holders.

BH stated in the AR that "We expect to conclude this agreement, which is subject among other conditions to shareholder approval, early in the second half of 2018" which i take to mean concluded at the AGM.

hi Crusty,i should think that the icense extension negotiations a very much dependent on the the outcome of the farm-out and Aminex ability to the show it does indeed have the wherewithal to honer the work commitments of the new Ruvuma PSA's/development lisense's, i would think both negotiations are intertwined

the old SS gas plant has a capacity of 102mmcfd I believe they are running at full capacity now

no, at present Amines supply's the new plant and Orca supply's the old plant which belongs to Songas.
