Crusty you muddle things, why do you do that. Namisange is/was in the Mtwara psa, the Appraisal area is also in the Mtwara psa. the Mtwara psa is expected to be extended. the Lindi psa which is the northern half of Ruvuma IS being conceded. have a look at slide on link provided.
