9 April 2018 "The tendering process for a rig to drill Chikumbi-1 is due to close during the current quarter with an expected spud date later in the year" i suppose Aminex will have to make a decision in the next couple of weeks or so, to contract a rig?

well, with market sentiment as it is with Aminex, ie; (a high level of management miss-trust). then i wouldn't be surprised, that without positive news in the coming weeks, to see the share price drift down, maybe back to the 2p leval. Which seems bonkers considering the assets involved. plus comparing AEX and SOLO market caps, there seems to be quite a disconnect 87.44m to 12.41m ?

good morning Crusty, well if we get the Development License approval along with Mtwara PSA Licence and farm-out all well and good, but i'm not necessarily expecting it, as i'v stated before my understanding is, it is the Mtwara PSA Licence that is essential that gives them the legal rights to develop and from which document the development licence will spring. and on that note, what are we to make of that tweet from Aminex "Ntorya 3 is not dependent on a 25 year development licence" Crusty this is only my opinion, some might share?, i'm not stating it as fact its for discussion thats all, and yes time will tell and i might be proved totally wrong, but i'm not trying to mislead or deceive anyone.

willow, providing negotiations have completed (farm-out and Mtwara PSA work program), which i think there's every chance they are or very near to, as i believe they have been working to a timescale to complete, and so i'm still strongly of the opinion, that there is a very good chance we will here news before the AGM even as soon as the next two weeks, so that the the farm-out can be concluded at the (latter than normal) prearranged fixed date of the AGM 11 July. So i'm expecting first Mtwara PSA Licence in the next 2 weeks followed by farm-out details soon after. Time will tell, but here's hoping anyway. "As already announced, work is in progress on a farm-out of a part interest in the Ruvuma PSA, with the aim of accelerating development of the Ntorya discoveries. We expect to conclude this agreement, which is subject among other conditions to shareholder approval, early in the second half of 2018." "The AGM will be held in London on 11 July 2018," "The Company expects to receive an extension to the Mtwara Licence, possibly until January 2020, during which time the development licence for Ntorya is expected to be finalised.
