So i suppose, depending on the direction of the F/O talks, the only security that could be excepted by ARA for the $5 million, would be security over Aminex's 25% free-carry of the Ntorya development ? maybe then up to 5% could be at risk ???

yes' I'm inclined to agree gaslady, and maybe the fact that Aninex, waited until the very last moment before releasing their RNS, would seem, that they were hoping upon hope, that the minister of energy's signature would have arrived before time. in any case we will find out very soon
