well, i find it hard to believe that the Tanzanian Government would deliberately frustrate/hinder or block the Farm-out through inaction or what-ever, especially as in my mind, its been Aminex and partners share holders , that have probably done more in securing Tanzania's future energy security, by investing 130 plus million in on-shore exploration which have ultimately resulted in making large discoveries of cheep accessible gas.

i still think there's a deal being hammered out in the back ground with Aminex, and maybe just maybe ARA has some influence on the timing of releasing the farm-out completion news, in order to control AEX share price and set the value of any deal. i like conspiracy theorys
