Crusty, you are talking about the Zubair's/ARA not Aminex now, and you cant get away from the fact that without Aminex there wouldn't be any Ntorya gas.

so is/has the Gov of Tanzania been stalling on signing off the Farm-out and been trying to push for a AEX/APT deal that better suits their present gas infrastructure ?

so regarding above and considering that the madimba gas processing plant has a spare capacity (after WEN/M&P gas) of just 110mmscfd, wouldn't it seem more beneficial to the Tanz Gov, if Zubair/APT were not to put all the $140 million funding into a 6+ well Ntorya development that in all likelihood would produce a large excess supply for the madimba gas plant, but instead funnel some of that funds to Nyuni Area/KN license find/discover new gas to satisfy the 120 mmscfd spare capacity of the new Songo Songo gas plant ?

plus, it must be of great importance for the TPDC to find/discover gas, that can supply their newly built Songo Songo Island Gas Processing Plant ("SSIGPP") not just to satisfy the country's needs but to justify the large investment it took to build it, as at the moment it is only processing just over 20mmcfd of its 140mmcfd capacity.
