Does it matter what the share price is ? I always look at Market Capital and shares in issue before buying into a company

Surely no price changing news can come for a while especially after the 2 big buys last week - I looked when GM first bought a big chunk end of May the price hovered around 300 then started moving big time in september peaking just under £12 October. Can anyone explain the rules in Aim ref directors buying shares then the time that price sensitive news can be released ? Thanks

Maybe people are moving in to other stocks and will come back in next month - I guess no price changing revenue news will be due for a while otherwise the director big buy would look rather dodgy ! Does anyone know how long after a director buy can a company release super news ?
