IAGLongterm comments " Liquidity stands at 10.2 billion as of Q2 report"
Interesting comment, questions on this.
1. What was the liquidity last october before the rights isse was called. IAG has not made profit since then to have 10.2BN facility, it will be conditional on profit outlook.
2. IAG has net debt of around 12Bn, gross debt of 19BN. How is this borrowing secured, does it depend on company ratings, last year rating agencies put IAG on negative watch, what ill happen to the debt and liquidity if downgraded by rating agencies, more important what will happen to debt costs when downgraded.
