I don’t think it was waffle at all. It was a factual update on the foundations laid to drive the business forward with a clear focus on sales distribution to secondary providers. Get that right and the problem won’t be sales it’ll be infrastructure to meet the demand. It’s positive so you will not be sunk, this will tick up and up.

When considering market cap….and where the co is positioned, the SP is absolutely below realism. I just re/read the RNS…as I said earlier, the update was very clear.

I absolutely love this company. It’s not Apple but slowly it will deliver. Margins are critical but the most important thing is market share and an increase in cross product sales, which they are well placed to achieve. I’ve said already that the 2023 analysts expectations are real …111p

The direction is positive. This week will be a good week - my prior posts was merely to say that the board wanted to assure shareholders that they were delivering on their strategy. Please research and make your own decisions….. this is my take on where the company is at.

That’s a very fair reason…dilution kills SP value so strategically a so uh no decision from the board’s perspective. That said, it could have been beneficial but that’s for someone with a crystal ball. Tomorrow I see this go higher not on sentiment, but remember, the foundations are solid and the reason for todays update was to steady the ship and give shareholders and potential investors a clear message….

I agree…the news was well overdue and clearly they have to state facts and not be misleading (market manipulation). Strategy delivery was mentioned and this is just the start of good things and profitability…it will reap rewards for shareholders imho…it will.

The very fact they didn’t mention fund raising suggests that all is in order I would conclude…..

This is excellent and provides the platform for increased sales distribution and profit. They have invested heavily in the architecture and distribution platform and now it’s about reaching the secondary buyers network which will be only profitable so we should see this company move forward significantly in 2023. A very cheap SP imho…so….

Plenty of buys and a large sell. I actually think sells were reported as buys as MMS need stock which indicates some large buy order’s requiring filling. Expect another high as this SP is being suppressed imho and will naturally pick up as all the indicators are for value growth ….

The indicators are positive on all fronts. Am I the only person who likes this company?

This is long overdue…imho…a dawn raid perhaps!

Volumes are low and buyers have stayed silent which doesn’t do justice for the company’s progress and financial performance. Analysts say suggest a target price of 111p with an upward high of 120p….time to see this be reflected in the SP as organic growth, increase in market share (currently 1%) and strong customer base makes this story real…. so onwards and upwards with strategic plans….

I must say I thought this would drift lower…also the small trades seem odd as commission costs would distort value alone. I wish there would be some positive company communication!

A few sales yesterday- these surprise me when there is so many positives with this company. I expected 90p by now so am disappointed that value in the SP hasn’t factored in strong fy22 unaudited results and responded to growth opportunities as a consequence of its UK distribution hub and sound customer base. Onwards and upwards I hope…..

I took a small profit on this one today and sold out fully. I actually think I’m going to live to regret it but I need to offload some other shares and will re-purchase some of these tomorrow if I get my sales right on two others tomorrow. It’s good reading the posts but at times people get very personal. I agree ramping a share is not appropriate but respect others opinions and hopes. Gla…..

Thanks…I must say I misunderstood some of the RNS. It looks very positive from what I’m reading since my original comments re placing. Hoping this will go much higher in the coming months once projects move forward.

A good read…. RoE is improving…. so a target SP of 111p is not unrealistic for 2023

The placing is the cheapest form of a share issue assuming it’s discounted and not fully underwritten (guaranteed buyers) but ultimately, after broker and other costs, coming trading day, the underlying SP is adjusted on first day dealing. usd 6.5m raised less cost so perhaps SP diluted by 30% already for this. The key question is what will be derived from drilling and profitability to the company and shareholders? If really successful, the sky is the limit but “if” doesn’t guarantee the outcome…. let’s hope it all goes to plan as Mr Buck and the US parent will want pay back for the large commitment. Hoping to see this rise high over the next 3 months…and maybe 6p isn’t unrealistic? Thoughts welcomed…..

See my prior posts. A shift of 0.5% market share and good cost control will prove beneficial. The SP has disappointed me tbh since the preliminary results for the FY22 were announced. I’m bullish ….anyone else see the potential here with analysis suggesting anything between 110-120p target for 2023?
