Time will tell but I feel these have a great footprint in the construction industry which is starting to gain momentum again. Good pedigree company and the profits warning wiped out 44% of the market cap. They’re on their way up again and 40p in no time and way below. DYOR

Many synergies here. Revenue in 2023 £71mn (tiles £11.1m) so net £60mn. A very good fit and all on line. I assume they’ll be able to use all lords 48 outlets for distribution plus inevitably reduce costs. I can see this proving annualised net profit after tax of £3-5mn and improved margins it can be very good news in the medium term.
