All the corporate comms are misleading. They want to delist. They have a credit facility of £7mn, a new loan of £500k, are in process of agreeing a further loan but they insist on delisting. Why? Because they will drive the SP down and then recommend a takeover prior to the delisting to get this cheap at 10% valuation!!! Then it will be refloated at a price x20 and existing and new executives will be quids in. This isn’t going bust it’s just corrupt manufacturing of valuation to buyout the shareholders cheap. Expect 25-30p today people and I sold out at 4p!!! Gl to those holding..

Am really disappointed with promises from the CEO…. absolutely non existent corporate comms and so called business development. 22p seems a long way off. Maybe an RNS saying they’ve won huge contracts might just help!!

Surprised this hasn’t really taken off. I think the RNS was genuinely good and they are strategically positioning themselves for huge revenues and profitability. Anytime these will fly. They have raised monies for another few months life. This is serious business and will be rewarding to shareholders alike…

Hoping the RNS is this week. MMs usually drop the price to spook people into selling so we should see a very positive funding UPDATE and an SP of 115p minimum very soon.

Unfortunately the SP hit 0.28p but couldn’t hold onto excellent gains yesterday. Strong buying just before close so I’m expecting a further significant bounce. Farm in is close if not already agreed. The wheels will be off in no time and then watch this really go … 0.35p anytime imho…

Unfortunately there will always be profit taking or losses recovered when a share rebounds. All credit go Lords. They’re bouncing back strongly and expect a robust sales response with revenue growth. I also see another acquisition. SP should rebound to 45p in the near term and then onto 50p. Strong management and dedicated genuine staff at the forefront of this growing enterprise.

The recent acquisition is extremely smart. Largest on line sales platform with significant value inherently in what has been developed off the shelf.

Plenty to come and an ever improving pipeline, revenue growth and increased profits… 50p is the target price for now. DYOR
