Hi,
I know thats how they get paid but looking at the information thats out their, they are adding a lot of commission to contracts, 5p to 10p. Companies are going to notice that, its not a small amount of money. I can not see that they are going to get repeat business so they must always generate new sales which has become tough in a market that has a lot of competition. Staff are leaving, there are questions about the senior management and they are taking cash advances from suppliers, in the form of early commission payments. If the model was sound, then why take commission up front? They are cash grabbing to cover expenses and inflate annual growth figures, paying good divvies to keep the investors happy etc..
Short term (2 5 years) this company maybe find but I dont see how this company with this type of model survives long term.
