I went to the Sheffield Cineworld yesterday to watch the Midday showing of the Sopranos movie, 23 people in total for the film, which for the early showing I thought was quite good. Lots more people around when I came out around 14:30, defo looks like the footfall is coming back. Mr Bond will be big.

Ive just took 9p off my average, i know it is a risk to buy but in for a penny in for a pound. Know your time frame.

A lot of people are focusing on just the impact of no money coming in but by closing and having deals in place with landlords they are saving a fortune of no money going out. Staff is one of the largest costs, that will sadly be reduced with staff cuts. Remember they were closed for months before abs were ok. The debt level is a large concern.

I don’t think it will be pretty on Monday but i don’t think it is the end. It just becomes a longer time frame for holding it.

With the furlough scheme ending at the end of the month and no new movies coming out, it does kind of make sense to close up for a few months and try and ride it out till April next year. I’m not saying the will be able to but I kind of get what they are doing. It is also two fingers up to the government for not giving more support or ending the lockdowns. I will be holding till either a breakeven or the end. I’ve come this far, don’t see the point in selling now.

As most people are in this share for a rise (a few in for shorting) then why doesn't everyone go online and buy a ticker for Tenet (main showing time) at your local cinema for Saturday night. If you go you go if you don't then you have just made a small donation to the company you have a lot more invested in than the price of a ticket.

If you think its bad on here, go on the Cineworld board for a day it will make you feel much better about the Lloyds chat

Watch for profit-taking into the close and that shorts have covered/lowered their positions.

After what feels like a life time and had been a hell of a ride. I’m finally in profit. Been a great two day’s for the stock. Expect short sellers have already started cutting their positions. On wards and up wards!

Have to say there is little/no support now for the price so testing the 20p low could happen. Shorters might be having one last push before more of the portfolio comes back online across America. Long term i still think this will be ok but its going to be a bumpy ride so fasten your seat belts!
