Wake up! There is no way that the CIG investment clears up all remaining cost of the build. There will be a plethora of outstanding bills to pay which will be financed (hopefully) from cash flows from Q2 and Q3. That was always going to be the case, especially when Yan did not provide the earlier planned cash flow.

Just have a look at the outstanding bills that were present when Yan was built.

I am positive regarding HUM going forward and have close to 1m shares but equally I am realistic as well. I suggest you should try a bit of realism. If not, you are going to be very disappointed.

If you sell at 1.8p today then you will not hold the share when it goes ex (tomorrow start of trading) and as such you will not receive the dividend.

My understandings is that tomorrow morning the shares will start trading without the 1.8p dividend built into sp so with todays sp about 0.02p ??

Yes, I would recommend a listen to the recent presentations, some good stuff in the q and a. A bit more in the analysts call. I have not know them post up the analysts call previously. Hopefully they will do this going forward. I may have another listed tonight.

I assume that once the dividend (and I also assume that this will indeed be classed as a special “return of capital” dividend rather than normal “distribution of profit” dividend is recommended by the Board then we as shareholders will need to vote at an yet to be arranged GM to pass the recommendation and allow the payment to be made. On that basis, I do not see the payment being imminent (in the next few weeks). Possibly why the within 90 days has been stated.

Thank you. I thought TH had mentioned a figure of about $20m but couldn't remember so did not want to state it. Obviously this is A part of the reason (alongside poor Q1-3 at YAN) for the shortfall in liquidity for Kou.
