Tom I exspected along with s few analysts a specisl divi last year and we all know how that turned out so don't hold your breath ...although with his lordship (ivan the terrible)looking at retiring in 3-5 years I would exspect he may want a special or two divis to squirrel away for thst retirement to add to his already vast wealth
