Weds 28th EGM agreement.

So it could well be working in holders favour.

Getting FID will see a big jump then hopefully more once news is out and new investors come in.

So we get the lead up now to FID wit greater certainty.

As has been pointed out, the EGM could be the vote post FID as shareholder approval would be required.

Seems more likely.

So joining all the dots together suggests it will be done and announced any day before or on 28th.

"Insuferable rampers" lol. Spot on. If you want to see the thread them have a look at defence holdings. Its not as bad now but a couple of months ago is was dire. People on there all day getting excited and posting rocket emojis etc if it moved 1%.

The only good thing about it is you get new blood who buy and push the price up.

I'm not sure how a fund raise would affect the price. Bearing in mind the investment from banks is many multiples of the current market cap.

Either way, I hope we don't see too much dilution as I'd prefer to be rewarded for buying, holding and believing.

Blueboy....no worries. Yes it's a huge area of police business and it supports pretty much everything. Every victim/suspect/evidence is going in to the criminal justice system aiming for a positive outcome in terms of conviction.

Gotreal......it is there is black and white.....there is no real sensitivity. It's a recording of an interview. You see them on police programmes. Suspect can get copies as can defence and prosecution and anyone dealing with the case. They are already held digitally on a server which can be remotely accessed anywhere in force from any work station once you log in. What ALRT is doing is simply a transcript of those recordings. They have to be vetted of course. Even the company we use to let in the secure custody car park to do the gritting in winter has to be vetted.....as do the cleaners etc. Lots of areas are outsourced and transcripts are still done manually by vetted staff who would be exactly the same level as most civilian staff in the police. We aren't talking MI5 you know

No, I didn't work for HMICFRS. Though I was inspected by them many times.

I was a Police Inspector and my last 10 years was specialising in Cranial Justice. Setting up and running new custody units, managing case progression for CPS file preparation, ran a 30 string investigation team, made charging decisions, case disposals, liaison with all suppliers to custody (including the digital interview recording machines, crime recording unit., mental health lead, youth team liaison, appropriate adults. Lots more but that covers the majority. I lived and breathed it for years so hopefully am able to comment on recorded interviews.

I haven't commented on here for months as a lot of the stuff on here is just ramping ridiculous.

Firstly I am a holder so not trying to deramp.

I am an ex Police Criminal Justice Inspector which I did for about 10 years.

This includes advising on all things PACE including interviews etc.

So basically, this is speech recognition software to turn recorded interviews in to type transcripts.

Not sure how this is new technology though the police are way behind with this sort of stuff, there are lots of companies out there.

It does make me laugh how their RNS always seems to appear to be written by AI and dresses up speech recognition to be some sort of Sovreign defence system !

I await getting slagged off for stating the obvious but just being realistic what this actual is. Like I said……I am a holder so any positive RNS is good but it’s not want I expected to be this company’s core business.

It underlines the fact that ALL financing has now been agreed.

It is the process of getting all parties to sign with agreed terms to announce FID.

My birthday is 23rd Jan so on or before that date will suit :-)

The equity club is the final stage before FID after all the other funding.

It is yet another milestone in the story which has been beset with delays yet here were are, on the verge of FID.

I looked in to how equity clubs work and no share dilution etc using a SPV.

The reaction this morning has been positive in the market.

So it’s been pushed to end of Jan for FID but with equity clubs in place, they also mentioned moving ahead with engineering plans.

We’ve only 4 working days before Xmas break so not surprising that they won’t be able to get sign off this year after just completing equity club.

I’d expect this company to be tipped over Xmas/new year as de risking is now at its best level ever.

Announcement before Xmas day would be nice so it gets press coverage and hopefully tipped by the nationals as a buy.
