As I'm trading this a bit, I'm back in to top up at 57/58.

The last 3 trades showing as sells were my buys for approx 14k.

Still on the sidelines.

Partnerships with UK and European Innovation etc etc.....

To say you are expecting RNS soon is a bit of a stretch.

The statement the company have made although is the strategy...its also a bit of a wish list.

They have no track record IP or assets yet.

Why would someone partner up with them to approach them to build a system ?

Someone has to be first I guess but will but at placing price.

Still some large sells going on and expect this to continue for now.

He may be a troll but he’s correct in part.

What products do the company have ?

What history and experience ?

It’s all very well talking about winnning contracts but yes, they take a long time and require a tender process.

Do they have a factory, R & D facilities and relevant experienced staff ?

Their strategy is like one of the CVs on the apprentice.

I’d like them to succeed but whilst those who took part in the placing can still sell at a huge profit, I’m looking to wait till it drops near the placing price as purely speculative till they produce something.

Ps…..you call it negativity. It’s basically a negative view to put it another way.

So I am a non shareholder ? I have been watching this and deciding whether to buy or not. Many on here aren’t holders.

I’ve been trading for well over 30 years and lost plenty on shares like this. The idea of making a huge amount on a penny share.

I’ve been in companies like this when. They’ve been suspended and I’ve lost it all many times.

But I’ve done ok overall by spreading risk so I’m still here.

For that reason, it is important for people to read the negative view which is based on fact.

No profits, no plan, delisting as soon as they can afford, money to last about 6 weeks.

Of course you don’t want to hear this. You want out and want to make money. I get that.

But when someone buys at 4p and it drops to 1p they’ve still lost.

People should do their own research and that includes listening to all views.

Not just those who say it’s rubbish etc. But who actually state why it’s not a good investment……in their view.

It’s important to hear both sides. Some are new and speculative to trading and if you only see buy buy buy then get sucked in.

I said I’d sell at 15. It then dropped to 14 and now it’s 12.

I got back in again at 51p last week once it settled.

Locked some in selling yesterday 61-63. Still have some but about 40% of previous holdings.

I am mindful of FID being anytime up to September and IDB meeting in August.

So as we lose a bit of momentum dropping back a little.

Hoping to buy again at that point.

Still confident long term so hedging my bets lol 😂

It’s been a long time coming so don’t want to see it drop right back again.

With a spread nearly 40% and moreover a delisting from AIM for a loss making business, I see absolutely no reason to buy.

If I were in now, I’d take the 15p per share now before that drops.

I've been following this as looks like it maybe a good trading share for small but risky potential.

That said, I've seen many like this over the last couple of decades. Made on some, lost on others.

It's basically a shell company with an idea. Defence is on the up and the market is going higher all the time due to the world order.....or disorder.

But this company has no products, contracts, assets, profits or anything so far as I can see.

That said, on AIM they tend to be the ones that end up multi baggers but usually based on private investors playing the market rather than being an actual good investment. Some investors thought so to chip in for the placing.

I fully expect this to drop to the issue price when it would then be worth a punt for me.

Just thinking out loud really and all views welcome.

I sold some to lock in profit after a good run and some were in profit over 50/60% as I loaded up near the lows.

Highest older purchase was 81p so still holding with many in between.

Have every intention of buying them all back again if it drops back a little. 45p would be my starting point.

If it rises I’m still in anyway with plenty left.

Level 2 was really useful as it means you can sell when there is only 1 or 2 MMs left on the bid, suggesting price is about to drop.

Sold one lot and the price dropped. Last MM was left on the bid with NMS of 3000 but still would not give an automatic quote.

Had to do a ‘fill or kill’ trade twice and get the broker to sell manually.

Useful to watch how the market moves on small trades.

Current price is 50/54.

Tried a large dummy sell and was offered 52.7p. Above mid price !

Looks like they are looking for shares which is reassuring.

I was a holder till a few months ago. Sold about 4.5p for something more promising.

If this goes all the way then has great upside potential. Will watch for any drop back.

Issue at the moment is the spread with 5p to buy and immediately you are 20% down as it’s 4p to sell. Huge spread.

Would be a great trading share if they closed the spread.

Correction......4 on BID at 49p and 5 on ASK 54p.

Yes, most of the day it was 4 on the ask at 49p and 5 on the bid at 54p.

Didn't change. Surprised none of the ask prices moved at all as quite a lot of buys.

Someone is buying today. Blocks of 10k. And one over 8k.

It's not just the market. As a long term investor, I'm sick and tired of the yoyo up and down price which in my opinion, is down to lack of news flow.

We are almost 6 months into the new financial year and all we have had is MHC saying they have a new phlebotomy test.

As you say, the price has almost halved now.

MHC really couldn't care less about private investors or the share price.

I look forward to asking questions at the next investormeet presentation.

It was this week a year ago that they announced the date for results

Reading the 3 RNS it appears to me that Molecular now hold zero shares and Levine and associated now have them.

I see this as a positive as the selling we saw taking the price down appeared to be molecular selling to release the money tied up.

Levine and the concert party still well below threshold for takeover.

Hopefully the selling is now over.
