Ever thought that the warrants in hand acutally weigh down the SP. As the precived valve of the companies shares is actually the placing valve +/- any discount at the time. This weight stays for the duration on the warrnet until it expires.
Now some will think we have £400k coming for future investment (cough cough err). The biggest problem with today RNS is CEO has admitted we could only sell 24m warrants before deadline.....oops shows there is no confidence in the BOD and their lack of plans (momentum/drill program/one trick pony attitude to lease development).

I was waiting to see who would post 1st this morning responding to RNS.

No one needed to try and get the sp down. Its in free fall at every placing. The issue was when the sp is higher the no is interested at taking a gamble. Broker advises CEO and team we just can't get II and PI's interested at the dizzy heights of 00.005p so 00.0025p ( 4 for a penny) is better and plenty of grannies will take part with their pensions and bingo winnings!!!!!!

The higher the SP the harder it is for broker to do a fund raiser unless there is a lot to underpin SP. As we have now become a oil producer in WI only. Things may change but results will be even more super important.

Why you think it isn't worth 3p and only a 1p?

Personally 3p should be the least the share should be spiking to 6p to lock a few in before next big placing.

Its got nothing to do with Matt. You have be preaching for 2 years the virtue of NTOG and its assets and whats going to happen, you have banged on about Oil price for 14 months and I told you it makes no difference to the SP. Its PRODUCTION and growth and momentum (drill program).

As for valuation you can't really comment? Err surely you can since we have more now than March 2020. You and your ilkes are quick enough to mention low Mcap, increase oil pruduction, reserves, puds etc.

Get off the fence and explain why the SP is not recovered to pre covid level given what we have now.

Want 3p!!! which is what the SP was before covid hit give or take a few placings ( 10% dilution inbound @ .85p)

So as your the resident financial expert/advisor (granny mugger). Please give me a reason why NTOG shouldn't be at 3p since we have doubled our production since March 2021, cash in hand, revenue generating, assets now producing that were not pre covid. On top of this oil price is higher.

We don't need a placing or to be old there will be a placing. We all ready have a back door stealth placing in place oven ready to go as soon as the SP hits 0.85p the warrants will kick in. Thats if anyone takes up warrant offer. Said warrants offer still have about 8 months to be exercised or will expire. The discount in the last placing was actually warrants @ 0.85 (jam tomorrow). However poor performance and lack of momentum has locked investors in on last placing. In the mean time SP dropped and buying @ .25p and selling @ 0.55p over the last 15 months has been a better return than waiting for the warrant price to be triggered off. The warrants are CEO's rainy day money and thats if anyone buys them. As we drag our feet the law of gravity comes into play and as things up they will come down. MM's & investors & partners will be doing DD on the downward projection not the highs of oil price. So give it another 6 months (9 months max) or so it will be too late for drilling any other wells that are low producers or with small WI's.
