All that anyone can prove is guilt by association really. That can be something silly as being at the same investor events. Unless someone’s hand is caught in the cookie jar that’s all it is.

Costs on on placing is always negotiable. Most placings are done as brokers approach companies offering such services to raise money.
Warrants are a stealth tool to raise funds. Most cost of placings service is paid in warrants. You get warrants in a placing as a form of discount for future purchases giving a false sense of market valve price at the time of placing. Technically share
Price at time of placing should fall by discount given. However last placing wasn’t discounted but also forwardly sold by warrants. But true to form is dropped making 71m warrants not worth taking as open market was far cheaper at 4 for a penny.

Come off you its a placing factored into sp which drags it down for duration of the warrants like thw last 2 years have. Its only good for the investor who has said warrants thats it. Especially if you have CEO that decides to extend your warrants as his timeline for promise land never came. Don't recall CEO giving present shareholders such grace and favor
