If we were to take the 2nd allocated £800k in Q4 which is a long way off. Good business would be to have SP higher so if conversion is required for payback dilution will not have an impact on SP. If and buts and maybes ( don’t think there’s any columns on accounting for theses scenarios.

Play nice it will go and down. It hasn’t crashed. Last weeks gains are holding. It’s giving a few a chance to get in, top up or something to think about.

I think the RNS needs to be digested 1st.

My take on it they haven’t converted yet. Funds may have been taken. However they can’t convert until
Redemption date and that’s if we don’t pay back.

Daily volume last week was far too low to sell into.

I would go with your prediction that they will be a rise needed in a couple of weeks to convert and sell if that’s their intention. Either way spike coming as they will be the only ones who know.

But can’t help feeling .25 is the base line for now. It’s an attractive base line to offer 20% discount for a placing (sorry a fundraiser).

Remember every report update keeps saying we don’t need money but we are up to our eyeballs in debt. Every barrel of oil we pull out the ground is actually diluting the sp. Go figure that out!
