Easysend clients were dropping off Pols were going back to Poland plus new rule on taxing foreign income 20% was hitting Pols so transactions dropping.

Also Easysend had restrictions on its licence which was inferior to ours. So it wa pointless baiting it if it couldn’t have part 4 (I think it’s called from mem) amendment/change.

Cash position was could for Easy send having £500k in the bank which was need for reserves how ever following years accounts showed we dodge a bullet as creditors went up. I think CEO put some money back late last year increasing his stake.
