Now I posted 2 months back..............................a higher court will use evidence from a lower court as the works already been done etc. Nothing should really change unless Defendants have been with holding evidence( 'coming to equity with dirty hands'). Or the new court case gets technical or an issue of law needs to be interpreted/applied.

One would think a Employment issue(law) is lessor than a Law in Confidence breach. So more serious breach can be proven.

In the real world oils dropping and the markets are a steadying. Looks like last few weeks have made Govenments and Central Baks look harder into independent policies away from USA and Dollar.

UK already looking for an alternative to VISA/Mastercard . Delivery Co (name has to change) & Wero wallets /payment systems may take off as alternative.

Regulatory landscape will have to be harmonised. Through out Europe and Asia etc.

Petrodollar will not be the reserve currency. A new Gold Standard(or similar) will have to be implemented.
