Now they return 58m shares at todays price .25

or

Return £788519.15 ($1m) @.25 which is 315407660 shares. (This will create a big spike)

I cant see the shares going back into treasury as they would dilute share holders.

You may have a point it would be a good time and opp to do so and reduce their liability if sold the whole 58m or drew down part of.

There are few other caveats I could mention which I think I may have 2 months ago but it gets complicated.

Chrs has also made claims of unlawfully interfering maybe not intentionally by lying to FCA/ BOL or similar bodies in trying to abtain confidential information before the the markets know or even said recipients of news fraudulently or deceptively to gain the market by shorting (probably a pipe dream there)
