Seems to have loaded up again in the last 2 days, so i wonder if they have some inside information. Also if it's a highly dilutive deal, isn't this the sane as a company going bust from a shorter's point of view?

Guys am i correct in stating the major shareholders like the institutions will be involved in these discussions? If so then the fact they are not selling, but buying more surely is a positive? Or am i missing something?

To see the share price move so much, certainly moving in the right direction. I'm still cautious on what the future holds, as there is still a chance of a D4E... However surely the institutional holders will be asking for regular updates from management, and know more than your average pis, and since ww haven't seen any bail out yet, but rather add to their holding, can this be a good indicator of the potential outcome?

There is very, very,very unlikely chance of this going bust. I work for IRV and the message we get from BoDsis very positive and that they expect to reach a positive conclusion in the next few weeks. Of course there is no mention of specifics like any impact to us as shareholders, terms of the deal etc..., but i can safely say those that keep saying this will go bust are 95% wrong.... As you say they had a target of 140p not long ago, and as these guys are meant to be "experts", so if they have re-evaluated and decreased so much in a short span of time, they are better suited to stacking shelves in Tesco. I agree this is far from a Carillion and I'm a ling term holder myself. However my main concern is the refinancing and whether or not it will come at the expense of shareholders. However the company did say in January they are going to restore shareholder value, but let's if they mean it.

Have they gone bananas? They have rated this as a buy today with a target price of 42p. That is is a big drop from the current price of 58p. Am I missing simetjing here, or is this an error?

Old timer like i said yesterday the results will be at the end of march alongside the refinancing announcement. Where do you keep getting this idea they are tommorow from? As i can't see it anywhere like you keep saying.

Oldtimer-is this infor from a credibke source, as i can't see it listed anywhere. I was under the impression the results were delayed as they would be announced alongside any banking agreements

Peeky i don't believe there will any announcements on the 28th, as it's not listed on their website or LSE. It male sense to do it alongside the announcement with regards to the refinancing...

I agree with you Snige, but when have our politicians had any sense? There is alot of speculation of goverments not awarding more contracts to Capita after what we saw with CLLN, but in my opinion does anyone want HMG contracts after they have screwed all these companies over? It will be interesting times indeed, and Capita is in a far better shape than CLLN. Time will tell.

Gillpat was just a sad and vile individual. He commented that it required intelligence to invest, and that failure was always on the cards when i suggested that the company failed due to the Coch and co. He then went in about his charts etc.. My response was charts are helpful but no way dictate the direction of the share price, especially if there is malicious activity behind the scenes. I also asked him why he apparently invested 125k days before failure, and why he didn't cash out at 24p as that would have netted him around 20000, and his charts 'would have shown the failure coming'? He didn't answer that. This is where I give the likes of FairDealer his dues, altough i didn't agree with him, he maintained his position like the rest of us. To be honest i don't think Gillpat ever invested, he was just a lonely individuals. With regards him 'helping new investors' i hope no one gets sucked into this, as this is possibly a scam for people to sign up to his courses. FCA need to be all over this like rash. Like i said before, it's not just pre July investors thst were mislead. Hope everyone is doing ok in their other trades.

Pokerships-agreed this was always going to be a high risk, but a calculated risk is when you look at the pros and cons of a venture before committing too it. Obviously for a stock that would be reviewing the company accounts, as well as the communication from management etc... Anyways it's done and over let's just hope a full investigation is done, and an example is set to the rest of the FTSE on the consequences of such activity.

Jambon- you are spot on, which is why it's annoying when peopke on her say those who boight in July and after are gamblers. Yes we took a risk it was a calculated risk, but the deception going on in the background continued. Based on the RNS's issued, this was by no means a disaster but merely a cashflow problem, but now we know matters are different. FCA should extend thrir investigation beyong July imo
