You may want to actually look up the aim class tests. Shows the calculations that make up substantial. Relate to assets, turnover and profit. It means wk is going for sure, the rest is open to debate.
I worry for Mac. He reminds me of the chinese communist party.... when he doesn't like what he reads on here even though it is true and relevant he starts copy and pasting irrelavnt old info to bury the thread. Pathetic and sad.
Completely agree Amers. To add, the RNS are badly worded and vague, cryptic details and open to multiple interpretations. 2 years on and no idea of what's being sold, how much for and to whom.
That aside, no idea of the resources or DFS upgrades. They can only keep the shareholders in the dark for so long before they move on.
A lot here fit the description. Been saying this for a while, there was an agenda and huge manipulation to get the sp up. The twitter clowns with their inflated valuations and amateur analysis played a big part and no doubt are on someone's payroll.
Take this with a pinch of salt. These are US centric tactics. Poison pill is not allowed by the takeover panel and has never been used in UK takeovers. This is just misleading and was the same misinformation that was used to justify the last placing.
You may be right. The placing is a catch 22. Gets approved more than likely it will be used to dilute. Contrary to what the clapping seals say.... replay of the last placing.
If it doesn't get approved, which is a real possibility, the sp could also drop. But then the bod will come back to with a lower more reasonable amount.
The smoke and mirrors from the BOD have obliterated the sp.... but at least there is promises of lots of jam tomorrow.
Oh dear... green box brigade don't like the facts when it don't suit.
Always happy to distort for their own agenda. No doubt that the rampers are the real manipulators here probably facilitating someone selling out. Just look at the ramping after the last few RNS, and subsequent sell into the rise.
Completely unsubstantiated ramping. Facts are approach from buyers came when the sp was at less than 3p. 2 years of trying and no bids. Probably forced to close the FSP by takeover panel. Only one bidder at the table, all the power is with them.
Keep coming back to the AC sale and speeding ticket. Russian companies have a habit of selling out cheap..... expect low ball take out or no sale.
Awstin same could be said for the blinkered and one sided ramp posts.... I'm in 2 minds about buying.... £10 div guaranteed you say.... I'll buy.
The rampers outnumber anyone else 10-1 and have been misabrely wrong.
Dore.... you are correct.... asset sale was in the remit if the FSP.
Of course there is a big seller, that would be a more logical explanation than BR and the whole investment world conspiring to depress the share price.
Also i have no have no doubt, that the so called positive posters claiming to hold millions of shares are shills and stooges luring people to invest.
It's funny how facts gets manipulated and distorted by the cult. Not long ago calculations were being done at 3000/oz and making claims that MT was too big to buy out and it would take a consortium and bidding war.
Long term ave price are used for valuations, these will be below 2k.
Russian platinum deal is for copper an nickel primarily and I would expect higher grades and reserves.
Good to see some talking sense now ar least... but some are still tw ats unfortunately
The falling metal prices will be the undoing of this BoD.
They had over a year to sell the co when prices were at a record. Which they failed to do. If they don't wrap up the sale soon buyers will walk away and I can't see them being able to mine profitably.
It comes to supply demand atm. Volume has been low but there is no buying pressure, there hasn't been for a while. Any rise is sold into. Whether its upset PIs or a bigger investor selling is the question. After 50% down in a few months it wouldn't be surprising.
For those that like facts. Read the rns. The licence has not even been purchased. This is just an agreement again "pursuant" to which eua will be a 75% shareholder "after" the licence is transferred.
Opinion wise, the cash they have will only purchase this one licence at a push. The placing resolution is there for a reason.
Need to look at both sides. Rosgeo haven't even listed this area as an active project. Judging by the Rosgeo statement, I would be surprised if anything significant happens with the licences this decade. Note prospecting and exploration.
"The signed agreement creates a significant potential for increasing the commercial contract base in prospecting and exploration for subsidiaries of RosGeo Northwest Division”
Its farcical to work out a value in these when they haven't even been purchased. Even more impossible that these can be sold. This is a falsehood being pushed by the cult
