To get placing away I'm sure he would have needed to present evidence of transactions and conversations. The board clearly must have some credibility among the institutional investors. So let's hope the professionals have individually carried out due diligence.

At the AGM it was made clear that the placing was taken up by institutional investors. The fact is that without the placing we are out of funds. At the end of the day we the shareholders own the company and we employ the board to run PVR for us.
So without funds the will be no hope in building value

Yes this point was raised but no meaningful discussion. Also the issue of Tony not sharing our pain by not purchasing shares. Again a little dismissive and ranted about his family owning a lock of stock in times past.

I,m not a TOR supporter but I think he will get placing while the institutional I investors take account of the latest news. Institutional investors can only trade among the shelves due to the market cap and share liquidy.
So it's either keep going or all cut losses at the end of month.
Just bear in mind that institutional investors have kept TOR leading this charade and will be very difficult to admit that they were misguided.

Hopefully if APEC are out of the picture then their 50% of Barryroe returns to PVR and which should balance value when seeking alternative finance. PVR now need to prove the viability of Batteries and it's capacity so that it has an asset to attract a big operator.

I for one would like to see how the board have protected the assets of Barryroe from APEC in the event of on non performance. Surely it will be difficult to value PVR if 50% is in the hands of APEC for nothing but talk. Hopefully the board have not been foolish.
