Imo. The share price won't settle/grow to any extent until Parvas unwind to below 5%. The sp is down from 32 approx since commencing offload and is holding steady.
Spot-on must be social distancing from investors and working out how best to pass on the 200k without touching. Realistically thus is an embarrassment for us as investors and for PVR institutional investors. If this doesn't happen I think they are at their limit and will close off.
There were some large buys this week. Probably letting their friends load up before transfer. Hopefully this is real and not another story with funds held up in HSBC.
With all that's happened over the last few days. Sp is still up on the day. Good model for long term investors and "this time next year we will be millionaires ". In all seriousness this company has a great future long-term.

I think that we are all guilty of the same thing otherwise we wouldn't be here. The question is do we ever learn from our mistakes or are we eternal optimists . No need to best ourselves up as the is always someone who will fill that roll.
On this valuation and with two good result periods it's just a matter of time before sentiment returns. The government is buying debt at the moment. Does anyone have any comment whether we can roll over all out debt at a lower rate ?
Yes Knowbody. I,m just a novice here trying to understand what's going on with AA and where things might go. Using a crude earnings power calculation _ p/e x earnings . + cash÷shares outstanding . (1.34 x 1407 = .1871 . ) + 147ml/ 618ml = .2378. ( .23 + .1871 = 42 Approx). Imo only and would some input from contributors. Either way should div be rentroduced @ .02 p next year we are sitting on 10% returns.
Parvis have approximately 1 percent to sell ( 6 mil shares) and should realise about 1.5 m. Guess they need cash to cover lost div on their 24 percent which would have been just over 2m. Imo they are just balancing cash flow so I wouldn't read too much into this. Upwards next week once the market clears
Whaat, Who knows if rights issue or roll over debt. When div was reduced to 2p initially the statement given at that time was that this would stay at this level until debt was substantially reduced. Debt is being managed at the moment and does not affect growth plans. Imo if AA can roll over at reasonable interest rates this this is better than dilution.
