Rodez, is the Nets stake in PDSB not 5.75%?
If so my calculation at PDSB close of play price last night is MCap of $230.58M/1.4121 (current ex rate) = £163.29M.
5.75% share = £9.39M.
NSCI MCap at close of play here yesterday I believe was slightly less than value of PDSB shares.
My main concern is not the director(s) selling but the potential of a placing in the near future.
My reason for thinking this is the following:
520m Remote Monitored System shares were sold for £17.42m
Special dividend of £15.5m was paid out leaving £1.92m for development of covid test.
Assuming maximum price paid for RMS shares was 0.5p the cost was £2.6m resulting in a very healthy profit of £15.5m.
I may be wrong but surely there must be 19% corporation tax to be paid on the profit and if so then £2.8m due to the tax man. If so where is this money coming from? Perhaps from covid test revenue but when will this be? Before or after tax due?
Just my concern that's all.
Have a look at BBC news website. Looks like Boris has been wearing a Pro-larva mask today!
I just got quoted 1.505 to sell 500k on AJBell. 1.52 for 100k. Declined both offers!
Must be close to a TR1 with that share holding TLM!!
Must because or your prices Torre! haha
They have halved the price to purchase them.
I look forward to receiving my pack Torre.
What about the corporation tax payable on profit made on RMS shares sell? When will that be due to be paid?
