Just because there is an LTIP doesn’t mean targets will be hit. If covid hadn’t have come along, I’m confident that GMs LTIP bonus would have been worth precisely zero.

DRB……LTIP…..the share price went from 12p to 1250p in 9 months. That’s 104 bags…..that’s an average of 11.5 bags per month so you know very well it’s very achievable. So 23 bags happened on average in two months vs the 7 bags that you are saying is unlikely to happen? Why sleepless nights, DA will pick up a million pounds in 3 years anyway without the LTIP!

You excluded the DHSC as the numbers look very poor with them. Revenue is Revenue and what the business was supporting.

DA doesn’t have £100m to play with, unproven until the accounts are released.

The SP is not affected by bb conversation so neither negative or positive comments matter. What is an absolute fact is that ramping can lead to losses if someone invests based on a silly rumour. Deramping does not lose anyone money, neither do they make any money if they choose not to invest based on deramping that could be untrue.

It could be worse, sad to see some ODX holders will have lost 96 percent from highs with a rumoured 5p placing.

Can you tell me how much covid revenues there were in 2019, 2020, 2021 and what is predicted by the company in 2022. I would be interested how you perceive that change in percentage to be slow? I look forward to your answer,

Non-covid……GM planned to have a 20 percent growth per year of non covid sales. That didn’t happen, so why is DA able to make something happen that GM couldn’t do since being CEO from 2017? Surely GM would have more experience, certainly as a ceo which DA has never done as far as I am aware.

DHSC - thank you for acknowledging that it is pointless to hope that the dispute will be resolved anytime soon with no one knowing if it will drop today or in 3 years time.

Onto the R&D, of the products going through the CDTA, how many of those are likely to bring in large revenues, bearing in mind that based on the current UK covid situation that covid sales are likely to fall 50 percent year on year.

LTIP - could the SP stay at say £1 from now until October 2024 and suddenly go to £7.78 in the final few months meaning that the LTIP would still pay out maximum shares?

Harchris…just looking at sourcebio, in fact 75.6 % of shares is NOT in public hands as of 5th Jan 2022. No wonder the share price is so stable! Many have said before but our high number of private investors is simply to high and is growing as the share prices goes down.

Harchris…..53% of the shares are owned by 3 individuals employed by the company. We aren’t in that position, hence why we are down so far.

Not really Saintsmith, I’m normally post much more when the share price is crashing for obvious reasons. To tell you the truth, I hadn’t noticed the share price rising which was a nice surprise but then I saw the volume, MACD and usual suspects on twitter so I don’t hold much enthusiasm for this rise being anything but short lived. Let’s hope I am wrong shall we.

I didn’t say covid was over, I said that the income from it will vanish. Competition is massive now and the big boys are stamping on the small players. As I said, I hope the company turns its attention to a stable income rather than a few months of variants every year.

There is nothing positive in this company. Why pretend, it won’t help you!

So my positive is that Covid income will vanish quickly in the coming months which means the company need to show their hand quickly on growing non covid revenues. So I’ll wait until April to find out what happens with the strategy.

There is no point thinking that the DHSC dispute will end soon and if that has positive or negative outcome. It could be years away and end up in the courts.

The LTIP means nothing and the assessment date is 34 months away. GM got paid £350k in salary, bonus and pension in 2019 so DA will likely be on more.

The senior roles with new people is a step in the right direction but we don’t know how they will perform. It certainly will need a bedding in period to understand the company.

The R&D products are all delayed and do most of those even matter anymore.

So we are left with hope.

Hope that Novacyt covid sales grow from a highly transmitted variant that spikes deaths - unlikely and not great for humanity anyway.

Hope that the DHSC pays all monies owed to Novacyt - who knows!

Hope that there is a big change in direction through acquisitions etc - unlikely whilst DHSC continues.

Hope that suddenly iis start buying the stock and the sp explodes - unlikely with sentiment in the diagnostics sector and the company being so low and little understanding of where new profits will come from.

Novacyt is not the gold standard though. That phrase refers to types of tests not the company.

Yes must be any moment. The success rate of Sonic and RSI’s charts have been truly amazing. Let’s hope they are doing the opposite for their own sake.

If it was that simple, it would have been sorted by now. You would have thought that Novacyt and its legal team and consultants have read the t&cs a million times. Or maybe they are waiting for our crack squad of PIs to solve the case.

@harchris….. it really doesn’t take a genius to work out that those who have lost a lot on paper are unlikely to post any frustrations when the price is rising! It’s no different to when you sell in a down trend, go quiet for a bit whilst you wait for your next buy-in target when you start ramping again.
