Share price going up - Worrying...………..for Arsenal!

Large debt! I sometimes wonder who could be more inept. Since the recent subscription/open offer the company's debt is less than £1M on an asset worth upwards of £100M!!

Pat yourself on the back Arsenal but ultimately you may have got it all wrong.

Something which may be of interest relating to the recent subscriptions/open offer for shares.(I am going to Ignore the recent share issue because we don't know whether they relate to directors.)

The rns dated 10th May gave a breakdown of shares taken up at 117.4M and if you add Mrs Adams into the mix of directors of both Minoan & Loyalward (&if my maths serves me right) they took up 78.6M of the 117.4M. They took up exactly 66.67% of these shares.

Conclusion (to me anyway) - The Directors must be REALLY certain that they are closing in on a good enough deal bringing multiples of the current share price to shareholders, otherwise the risk would be far too great surely.

And to their credit possibly so far they haven't let the co go under only to run off with the prize asset just for themselves but have given ( or it would appear to me) the opportunity for us mere mortals to share in all of this.

Well that snippet is all FWIW but the market has totally ignored their commitment.

Others may have a different view but I am taking considerable comfort from this as it is also a ringing endorsement of CE and his ability surely to (finally) achieve a good result for us all.

Just awaiting the first joint venture and it will become a completely different ball game.

Try to get your facts right Arsenal or no one will believe a word of what you say.
This rns related to the one issued 24th April and it was already agreed. Looks like someone was keen to add to their holding with a further investment of £210,000. Speaks volumes rather more than your efforts.

Get a grip Arsenal.

Day and Raby are directors of Loyalward which is owned by Minoan Group and the company used solely for progressing the project in Crete. If anyone is in the know about this project it will be them.

Significant and Directors' Shareholdings

Following the issue of Shares and Warrants, as announced on 10 May 2019, Minoan Group Plc has been notified of the following Significant Shareholdings in, and the percentages of, the total of 404,917,083 Ordinary Shares of 1p each now in issue:

Mrs L A Adams - 23,047,169 shares, 5.69%

P D Raby - 33,663,965 shares, 8.31%

N Day - 49,199,466 shares, 12.15%

The Company has also been notified that the shareholding of Mr M & Mrs L Dvorkin is now below 3% of the current issued share capital.

As announced on 24 April 2019, the following shares have been issued to Minoan's directors at 3 pence per share:

B D Bartman 6,333,333 shares, which increases his shareholding to 7,344,167 shares

G D Cook 5,000,000 shares, which increases his shareholding to 8,311,123 shares.

What rubbish you spout!

IMV a good price to get in at and just wait a few weeks for the first Joint Venture to reach fruition to the benefit of all shareholders.

OUTLOOK:

As a result of this requirement, I am pleased to inform shareholders that we have been able to recruit a team who will not only produce the best possible designs but also attract the kind of partners who will help us to maximise value for the Company, the Foundation Panagia Akrotiriani, and the local community."

NEW DESIGN TEAM

"For Itanos Gaia the task has been to create an updated master plan plus contemporary and high-end plans for the villas and hotels within the Project. These designs, under the new title the ‘Cloisters of Toplou’ (a name derived from the beautiful cloisters within the Holy Monastery of Toplou whose donation of land made the Project possible), have been released to selected international clients of the Team who have expressed an interest in partnering with Minoan for hotel and or villa development. The reaction has been very positive and discussions continue."

Still reckon there is all to play for here and at these levels any JV that reaches fruition will reinforce my opinion.

Agreed provided you stick to the truth with your comments, however make comments similar to Union's recent assertions and there may be a problem.
