Selling by those getting caught and holding the first time it surged a week or so ago. Produced a lull but should push on from here imv.

Must eventually be a squeeze on shares held which will mean only one thing - a much higher price to buy with mm's keen to oblige and push this higher, way past a penny imv.

Looking good for this pm. The buying must have given the share price a boost. Not many shares around so any additional buying will have the desired effect.

At least one can say with confidence that there is no overhang to be dealt with here.

There must be a limited amount of stock that will reach the market especially at such a low price.

1p should be on the cards soon imv, or at least that is the figure that I'm aiming for so we shall see, but it won't take much buying pressure to reach that figure - the mm's are keen as mustard to support the rise.

I will assume that the 60M owned by African Critical Metals Ltd are included in the 65%not in public hands ( although not sure why?). If not, that will reduce the balance held 216M down to 156M but will start at 216M.

Of those M Horrocks has 13M (2.11%), Astor Mgmt AG 8M (1.3%), Magnum Mining & Exploration Ltd 4M (0.65%), TrinityBridge Ltd 3M (0.5%), Equiniti Group Ltd 2.9M (0.46%), W1M Investment Mgmt Ltd 2M (0.35%), Intrinsic Capital LLP 1.5M(.25%).

So we are left with about 180M in the hands of noms, the highest one predictably is Hargreaves Lansdown 21M (3.36%) and Aberdeen Group 19M (3.12%) and then there's about 10 others with about 55M (9%) the rest 85M unknown.

All pretty similar to MAST shareholdings, not many shares available and what there is is scattered around a reasonably large group of nominees with very little holding that many. Makes for an explosive opportunity when the recovery will play out. The fewer the shares on offer as and when the market want to get in the better imv.

And to buy 3% of the company would only amount to 18.5M costing £65K - rediculously cheap ............roll on the positive newsflow.

Another recovery play in the making?

Similar number of shares available (about 220M) and similar static price to MAST before a positive newsflow sent the shares flying above 1p. But the similarities end there as far less risk here now imv and with Louis Ching taking 50% this could improve from here and a positive newsflow could see quite an improvement on the share price.

Well if my maths serves me right that leaves only 35% max available or about only 216M shares. Not that many left to go around then. Where do African Critical Metals Ltd's 60M feature ?

Well Arsenal all-knowing saying there won't be an offer - todays RNS says different.

Its not over yet Arsenal and even though I have (as with others )potentially been wiped out the project under different management may well succeed and thrive. It had everything going for it apart from that is a leader showing honesty and integrity and pointing it in the right direction. Still you win overall and so far you have called it right so well done you.

All eyes on the open. I'm not so convinced on an increase given the placing price is so much lower (0.1p). However, it will soon be time and maybe there will be an avalanche of buyers from the start to dispel the doubts in my mind! At the end of the day there are only 426M shares in issue and 221M were bought so far in May and 172M sold so the buyers have it (so far anyway!).

It would appear that they also have to issue a prospectus which should be interesting. They might couple the equity raise with another Powertree site development such as Bordersley - there seems to be a hidden value at Bordersley as impairment write-offs from memory came to about £6 million and the asset has been written down to Nil yet it is just waiting for finance to get the site up and running, its just been mothballed as far as I can see awaiting the dosh to get things moving. This might well be the start to another site development with Powertree. The land is leased and I believe in the middle of Birmingham and (again from memory so I might be wrong here) had or has a value running into as much as a couple of million none of which is shown in the accounts as its all been written -off via the impairment a couple of years ago. Please correct me if I am wrong.

The more the share price goes up the more chance there is of another deal with Powertree in the offing ( which may or may not lead to a placing possibly to raise some well earned financial support and ease the pressures on outstanding liabilities)

Close Asset Management have been selling their shares in the last year, Holding at 2.3.24 - 41,020,116 (9.62%) Holding at 2.12.24 - 30,240,116 (7.00%). Holding at 3.3.25 - 15,662,855 (3.67%).

And yet Winterflood Securities Ltd must have bought their entire holding since 3.3.25 42,735,683 (10.0235250.

Getting more than interesting!!

RiverFort still dumping by the looks of things, can't think of any large shareholding left apart from them.

They must have taken a negative view of Powertree's involvement.

It's all Powertree now. RiverFort sold some shares recently which was quite a surprise. Maybe two's company threes a crowd.z

RiverFort dumping???

Well that's a surprise RiverFort sell 15M ! Their holding is reduced to 68,211,746 (15.9988%).

Only one that went up was HBOS Investment fund managers Ltd held 79,226,116 (18.60%) bought 24,723,957 now hold 103,950,073 (24.40%). Must be buying for private investors.

Plus Hargreaves Lansdown finished on 63,565,165 (didn't have a starting point on that one.

Incidentally I didn't come across Mrinvestor's holding of 68M not that I am disputing it as there could be very good reason why but 68M is about 16% and I managed to identify about 90%.

FWIW in the six months to 3rd March apart from RiverFort (who still hold 83,211,745 (19.52%) the institutions have been selling :

First Equity Ltd, Asset Mgmt arm held 9,850,000 (2.31%) sold 2,000,000 now hold 7,850,000 (1.84%).

IG Group Holdings PLC, Asset Mgmt Arm held 9,749,789 (2.29%) sold 6,343,966 now hold 3,405,803 (0.80%).

Jarvis Securities PLc, Asset Mgmt arm held 6,819,661 (1.6%) sold 1,934,619 now hold 4,885,042 (1.15%).

HSBC Global Asset Mgmt held 8,584,227 (2.01%) sold 3,071,010 now hold 5,513,217 (1.29%).

Not sure why there has been such a large sell off in the last six months, I would have thought they would have bought a few more given the positive improvements that have more or less ensured this share to recover and prosper.

They are going to have to run hard in the early years of their expanding business, Normbeef,nothing short of a sprint if they really want 300MW company! Not to say they won't do it as early indications are very positive with the RiverFort and Powertree financial connections.

I have a feeling that PK mentioned the loans being over a 10 year period on one of the podcasts he does with Sunday Roast, expressing his desire to have the loans paid off at the earliest date.

Completion for Hindlip to be up and running is between 9 to 12 months so am targetting site commencing operation on .1st Jan 2026. I shouldn't think that the first few years will be showing a profit but once the interest comes down the level of profit will increase substantially. However, cashflow - wise they will be earning enough revenue to meet the repayments YR 2 onwards even if it is over a reduced term of 10 years.
