Bit of buying to-day in advance presumably of the next RNS.

A couple of chunky buys this morning - one for 5M shares which is over 1% of the MAST and one for 2.5M which quickly followed a sell of the same amount - is that Spreadex reducing further ? they will be on zero very soon if they carry on like that.

StuGGTH - awaiting quite a bit of news, all of which should be positive.

Seems that Riverfort have more to offer than just the £4M "will see RiverFort joining MED as its strategic funding partner to provide and facilitate funding to develop and construct MED's existing c. 30MW portfolio of assets and new acquisitions to achieve MED's strategic goal of building an enlarged 300MW portfolio of flexible power assets."

Another piece of ( possibly useless) information: When the news on the first genset refurbishment arrived on 7th August and the share price peaked at 0.25p, Kibo were active sellers on that day. There shouldn't be a restraint like that on news of the 2nd genset refurb.................

Certainly an unusually high volume of buying - buys 6.6M and sells 0.85M begs the question where did that amount of shares materialise from at such short notice? MM's have held very few for months and very little selling by PI's.

However, its good to finally see the increased level of buying and does suggest that there is good news around the corrner.

Perhaps there will be more interest shown in the intervening period because once it starts the FLOW WILL BE NON-STOP..................

Believe the issued share capital is 426M shares...........

with Kibo Energy selling their holding of approx 20% to Riverfort with a lock-in period attached until 1st January 2025.

that leaves approx 340M shares - seems to me that there will be a considerable number holding on and waiting for an up turn in the share price which will possibly lead to an opportunity between now and end of Dec, Especially so if the forthcoming newsflow is positive e.g. the 2nd genset is fully refurbished and put into operation as Pyebridge is already cash-flow positive and any income from the 2nd genset will just add to this.

Never mind Sitia airport - there's a new airport being built at Kastelli. The construction of Crete’s new international airport of Heraklion in the Kastelli area is progressing swiftly, with 40 percent of the project already completed, according to Greek Transport Minister Christos Staikouras.

Scheduled for completion in February 2027, the new Kastelli Airport will replace Heraklion’s “Nikos Kazantzakis” Airport and is considered a landmark project by the Greek Infrastructure and Transport Ministry, designed to meet Crete’s growing tourism demands.

Funded at 500 million euros, the new airport is the largest ongoing project in Greece. Once completed, it will be the country’s second-newest airport and is projected to reduce travel times for passengers from Chania, Rethymno, and Sitia while also enhancing road safety. Initial estimates suggest it will serve 10 million passengers, with a peak capacity exceeding 18 million.t being built at Kastelli.

Meeting in the Regional Area of Lasithi on the "New Special Spatial Framework for Tourism"

Meeting on the Special Spatial Framework for Tourism was held at the "Antonis Stratakis" Hall in the Ring Road Lassithi Section. At the meeting convened by the Deputy Regional Governor Lassithi Ioannis Androulakis, participated the Deputy Regional Governor Environment Nikos Xylouris,

the Executive Director of Tourism in the Lassithi P.E. Michalis Klontzas, the Mayor of Ierapetra Manolis Frangoulis, the Deputy Mayor of Tourism of Lassithi Plateau Manos Last year, the Deputy Mayor of Technical Service and Town Planning of Sitia Stelios Spyridakis, the Deputy Mayor for Environment, Circular Economy and Energy Upgrade of Agios Nikolaos George Beloukas, the Director of the Directorate General for Sustainable Development Marinos Kritsotakis and officials.

During the meeting, the prospects were thoroughly discussed and the challenges presented by the new Special Spatial Framework for tourism in the area of Lasithi. The participants agreed to the need for continuous dialogue and close cooperation so that both the new Special Spatial Framework for tourism and the next steps to contribute to further enhancing tourism development; while ensuring its sustainability and attractiveness destination in the long term.

Mr. Klontzas, Executive Regional Councillor for Tourism for Prefecture of Lasithi, stressed the importance of infrastructure development for the support for the tourism sector. "The goal is with careful steps to develop tourism, especially in Lassithi. We live in a paradise that we must protect like our eyes and highlight it with the right way," he said.

The Deputy Regional Governor of Lasithi, Mr. Androulakis, stressed the need for a dynamic tourism development that respects its unique landscape region, while promoting economic development and prosperity of residents. At the same time, he underlined the importance of the common way forward and cooperation between the Regional Unit and its Municipalities Lasithiou, stating: "It is crucial to shape A common vision for the future of our country. Our goal is to manage the way of development ourselves, utilizing the opportunities offered by the new spatial framework, ensuring At the same time, the protection and promotion of the landscape of our region".

and when you've got a player with such skills as blanchflower on your side the odds are firmly tipped in your favour!!! especially when the opposition on ****nal's side just toe poke the ball into their own goal!!

everything to play for here ****nal - min has alot going for it atm and the market is just starting to realise this imv. the site is one of outstanding natural beauty with coastal views and secluded sandy beaches. the govt are on their side and bending over backwards to accommodate the project's future. prices for hotels are going through the roof in investment popularity and value. availabiity of low interest loans and subsidies means that the project can start without resorting to tapping shareholders. availability of grants too from the govt all means that they couldn't have a better opportunity to get the project going with working capital for the company potentially coming from a variety of strategic investors. only elephant in the room is the foundation but hopefully they will soon join the party with an agreed amended agreement.

What a pleasant surprise! Welcome blanchflower, someone who certainly is knowledgeable and up to speed on the Minoan front. Fifteen posts yesterday must be a record here, mostly positive and completely drowned the negative efforts of "you know who". I had more or less given up posting here as most of those that did post were not genuine imv because they didn't hold any shares in Min.

Good start to the day and (apparently) there will be more good news to come in the next few weeks / months but the jury remains out on that, however they must be close on a new updated agreement with the Foundation which will be pivotal.

The rest approx 40% are holdings below 3% -110M shares approx, quite a few of which have recently passed into new holders hands. Quite a few of them are now holding tight for the next few months anyway, so I wonder how many will be available for sale next week - a number reducing all the time..........

not to my knowledge ****nal. its going the usual speed - slow to snails pace......... however the site is spectacular, tourism is at an all-time high with hotel values going through the roof, the govt are bending over backwards to help with subsidies, grants and low interest loans available for similar developments..... etc etc

Update of Mineral Resource Estimate for Elandsfontein

Kropz Plc (AIM: KRPZ), an emerging African phosphate producer and developer, is pleased to announce an update to the JORC (2012) compliant Mineral Resource Estimate ("MRE") at its South African phosphate project, Elandsfontein Phosphate Project ("Elandsfontein").

The significant write-down in declared Ore Reserves from 2018 to 2022 has been partially reversed in the 2023 Ore Reserve estimate, largely due to the additional infill drilling which was completed in 2023.

It is expected that the future drilling campaigns will continue to improve the Mineral Resource estimates from Inferred to Measured or Indicated categories and will enable improved conversion of the Mineral Resources to Reserves.

While both the declared Reserve tonnes and grade have increased, the grade and tonnage estimate of the Resource has decreased. This aligns to the improved confidence in the grade estimation of the deposit and reflects the declining grade of the deposit over its life.

Summary

· The 2023 Reserve estimate was positively affected by the completed infill and exploration drilling, which significantly improved the total declared Measured and Indicated Mineral Resources. The Ore Reserves are stated at 30 September 2023, and account for the pit depletions up until the end of September 2023;

· Total Measured and Indicated resource tonnage has increased by approximately 72%, while the Total resource tonnage has reduced by 30%;

· Decrease in total phosphate resources at Elandsfontein to 74.23 million tonnes ("Mt") from 106.58 million tonnes in 2022;

· Total Reserves are estimated at 26.63 Mt at a P2O5 grade of 9.38% of which 16.56 Mt is Proven at 10.25% P2O5, This compares to previous estimate at 17.42 Mt at 9.19% P2O5.

Louis Loubser, Chief Executive Officer commented:

"Our planned infill drilling campaign has proved worthwhile. Although the changes in our Resource estimate have been substantive, our ability to accurately predict the spatial position and grade of the ore body has improved greatly. This has led to further accuracy and prediction improvements which are reflected in an encouraging increase in our mineable ore Reserves."
