Mainly because IMHO this is a geopolitical power struggle between Uncle Sam and the Bear with little old Georgia and tiny FRR in the middle of it all i.e US and the Bear have an agenda that we can only guess at the outline of but certainly not the details.

The outcome may not be binary but somewhere in the middle...

One take on all this is that an OOCS was agreed but GG are now reneging (because of Russian influence?) hence Uncle Sam's increased/required visibility.

Maybe the GG just want a better deal. One they can be happy with and can turn their back on Russia with confidence. Then we should be home and dry. What do they want? Is the US prepared to pay the price?

A placing is always possible after a sudden rise with any share on AIM. Myself I'm following the trend backed by some research of the company. Therefore I'll be buying small amounts at certain levels the sp passes. If it falls back drastically because of a placing then I may buy double. To me the fundamentals show it is a medium term investment with many chances to trade a long the way.
