I hope I am wrong and everything pans out. If not we all need to get together and find out what we can do. Probably not legal (that bird has flown I would guess) but certainly lobbying politicians (and governments?) and financial institutions to put protection in place so others are not frauded in this way, if that is how it transpires.

Strictly speaking our shares demise when the company we have them with is struck off. If our shares are to be transferred to a new entity then we should be notified surely. Our brokers definitely will. They are not going to keep a meaningless share certificate or whatever they have. This might be a positive that we haven't anything from our brokers. Or have we? Anybody?

Totally agree just a matter of timing. I think this will come good first though just my opinion of course.
