a great spot cainesy, i agree with everyone else on this board that the SP should be moving north but it doesnt even with all the positive news... I think we wont see any big shift till either the results are released(Just hope thats before march 2010) or a T/O offer is annouced.
2007/2008 results did'nt get released till March 09, So 2008/2009 might be March 2010 but with what's happening with the company at the minute they may release them early..... Fingers Crossed
Last year final results was released 26/3/09 and Annual reports and accounts was 31/3/09........ Will be interesting to see what they do to SP here as my gutt feeling is positive. I also think there might be another surprise when this take-over is announced as i think the company may be sold in 2 parts, 1)Leisure And 2)Gaming....... (Would of thought this would happen after T/O as dont think it can be done before) This is only my opinion but after the sale of the Pub Division there where strong rumours that the top brass had alot of interest in the Leisure Division too..... As for a sub 95 million Take-Over didnt they turn down a 110 million offer last time and that was before all the contract wins??????.....So surely not
I Thought There Were 91 Mill Pref Shares???
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8313740.stm Wish people researched a bit more... you cant bet upto £500 a spin, you can only win a maximum of £500 a spin.....
FOBT's are not on rental contract but on split share(see my post yesterday), So phoenix going off your calculations.... each m/c income per week(this can vary massively) but ill say a reserved figure of £3500 (i have heard of single m/c taking this in a day) then say the split might be 20/80 in favour of the customer =£700 x 73 machines x 52 weeks = 2.6 mill... I know the above is hypothetical but there is no way of knowing how much a m/c will make per week and what % INGG have of the profit( unless you have access to the contracts)
Loads of new contracts but how much is each worth?? How Long is a piece of string?? All i know is 3-4 years ago when they still had the pub division the machines were on a weekly rent ( Fruit machine = £25-£65 a week, pool table £10-£25 a week) regardless if it made £450 that week, and to keep the contracts they would do what ever the breweries asked... But now they have the product everyone wants and the set up to deliver it and things seem to be more on there terms(hence not being tied to hills with the new storm cabinet) and these new contracts are on split share rather than straight rent so thats got to be a positive surely... So it really comes down to how much money punters put in the machines and how big a % INGG have agreed in the contracts... We will have to see when the results come out but my opinion is results will be good this time and much better next time.....
Interesting post on iii board by Hills Billy after someone suggested William Hill as the possible T/O approach, I cant see hill's being able to buy INGG, due to the debt of both company's and the fact that INGG would of given Hill's exclusivity to the new storm cabinet. As it stands they can put these cabinets anywhere, hence Coral trail starting next week... I myself have not long had the new cabinet in my shop and must say i can see why there is such a buzz around it... Also heard a rumour that they maybe a trail going on with ladbrokes, now if that true then that's a biggy.. But this is just rumour from a good source so will have to wait and see.........
What are you on about??? the sale of the pub division effected the 2007-2008 financial year, 2008-2009 is the first year results will show how the company is doing as it stands today.... And trust me there is talks still going on, but i cant say more than that on here...................... you can read my previous posts to see how much i know on this company and that i still know people working for INGG
Just read back my last post..... pasted the second bit without reading it, so its 27th sept to 27th sept, and the the report is posted to shareholders??? Then an RNS is released in march?? that cant be right!!!!
I think there financial year is 1st october to 1st october. As for when they will be posted, below is 2007/2008 The Company announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 weeks ended 27 September 2008 have been posted to shareholders. An electronic copy of the document can be accessed from the Company's website: http://www.ingg.com/ 31 March 2009 So March it is then....................................
isnt that considered insider trading....... i spoke to my old bosses on friday(i used to be an engineer for INGG) and they said talks still on going and could not give any sort of time-scale to how long a deal would take.... Also 50p is to much for the company as it stands today.....im of the opinion that if/when an offer is made it would be between 28p-38p going on my calculations..... but if im wrong then 50p would be ok.....
I agree, would be nice if it was around 40-50p.... just cant get my head round all these posters saying roll on the the old SP price of £3+ as its not going to happen........ (Only My Opinion Dont Mean To Be Negative)
Sorry People But There Will Be A T/O For This Company, My Own Opinion Says Next 4-6 Months But Defo In Next 12 Months..... The Top Brass Have Wanted To Sell Since 2006/2007 And Are Looking At Making A few Million And Returning To The Golf Course... I'm The Same As Most On Here, I Would Rather See INGG Grow.....
Thats a good spot, that makes this post from iii board a good one Gala seem really happy with INGG, And todays RNS is another plus in there relationship.... Have heard from some INGG staff that they are focusing on Gala at the minute(i.e keeping response times as low as possible), which has me thinking there could be more to come!!!! Also heard that the new storm cabinet is not tied to the new W/Hills deal so they can put it anywhere....Now let me think???? How about Corals??? And who owns them???? Thats right GALA GROUP!!!! How good would that be.......
20 Storms on trail????? cant find any news on this on corals or ingg websites??? where did you get this info or you heard it from someone who knows someone in either company???? I know Sceptre leisure are trailing there cabinet with coral at the moment along side Globel-Draw who are contracted to Coral till 2012
been in these for over 12 months now , was buying at 32p when i started and lost i little as they declined at the end of 08... but over the last few months have averaged down at 4p then 3p thinking it could'nt get any lower then when it went under 2p i threw all my spare cash at it.... i now sit with 145657 shares at 0.028p and came very close to bailing out at around 13p. But decided to stay in and see what happens with the T/O and the results at the end of the year as this will be the first time the pub division and the sale of, wont have an effect on there results, this is not the same company it was when the FL Group offer was made and was valued around 300 million, it know longer has the assets(i.e Fruit M/C's, Pool Tables, Jukeboxes,Depots And Large Vehicle Fleet) Its now a leaner and more cost efficient company but with fewer assets so talking about getting back to there old value is nonsense...... I'm happy holding these till the full 2009 results come and maybe into mid 2010 as INGG has most definitely turned a corner and if they can break into the european and asia market then we are all in for a nice ride long term......
I'm with you,(was also in rift when they sold out....GUTTED they were looking so good) i think a T/O will happen shortly which will be a huge shame because INGG could go beyond £1 in the next few years in my opinion.... they turned down a T/O offer of 12p a share a couple of months back(thank god) So what would be a good offer now.......18p.....22p.....30p.........40p........50p..... If only they didnt have so many pref shares
Have had these since june 2008.... and been topping as i have been going along Now have 150000 shares @ 0.028p so a very happy chappy at the mo......although not planning to sell till 2010
At last a nice rise in the SP(been a long bloody time coming)... lots of talk on the iii boards about this approach being a US company and figures of 110 million for the company!!! i know this is all here say but if it was that much how much would we get for our ordinary shares(taking into account the pref shares)???
