As a director of the Company, Peter Cox is a related party and this transaction is a related party transaction for the purposes of the AIM Rules which require that announcements of related party transactions include a statement by the directors (excluding any director involved in the transaction as a related party) that they consider, having consulted with the AIM company's nominated adviser, that the terms of the transaction are fair and reasonable insofar as the AIM company's shareholders are concerned. However, the disposal described in this announcement is being made pursuant to the insolvency proceedings at ID Data Limited which is under the control of that company's Administrators acting independently of the board of ID Data. Accordingly it is not appropriate for the board of ID Data (excluding Peter Cox) to provide the fair and reasonable statement as it was not involved in the negotiation or implementation of the disposal. ID Data Limited made a loss before tax of GBP(1.5) million on turnover of GBP9.5 million for the year ended 31 March 2008 and had net liabilities of GBP(6.7) million at that date (these figures are unaudited). The proceeds of the disposal will be paid to ID Data Limited and there will be no payment to ID Data arising from the administration.
Disposal ID Data Group plc announces that ID Data Limited, the Company's main operating subsidiary which has been in administration since October 2008, has agreed to dispose of its business and certain of its assets, including its shares in TTi Card Technology (Europe) Ltd. The disposal is expected to complete by 20 March 2009. The business of ID Data Limited had been widely marketed to potential buyers and, although a number of expressions of interest were received, it was not possible to conclude a sale to any of these parties. In the absence of any buyer for the business, the Administrators (Malcolm Shierson and John Whitfield of Grant Thornton) would have needed to proceed with the closure of the business of ID Data Limited. Faced with this scenario, Peter Cox (ID Data's CEO) approached initially the main shareholders of ID Data to raise funds for ID Data to repurchase the assets of ID Data Limited. These approaches unfortunately did not provide sufficient funding and Peter Cox then approached external financial backers to assist him in the acquisition of the business, as he firmly believes that there is a successful future for the business together with its employees, customers and suppliers. Accordingly, the business and certain of the assets of ID Data Limited (including plant and stock) are to be acquired for GBP0.25 million in cash and the assumption of some GBP0.6 million of debt by a new company, Card Dat
Does this mean that the suspension will soon be at an end?? or does it mean nothing for this share????
Are these share's ever likley to trade again?? And how long can they stay suspended for before being forced to de-list???
This is only my opinion but i think the 25% GD and 75% ingg split will stay the same, reason being hills wont want one or the other at 100% as they wont be able to play one of against the other........ The trail off the new cabinet has gone well so i've heard with shop staff and customers happy, and will also give more scope in the future for game upgrades and playability.........Must be honest thou didnt think it would take this long to sign the new deal, but we all live and learn
12 feb shows a 32.29k trade but does not state wether it's a BUY or SELL...... Can anyone tell me why that is???

I think you may find that the h/bowls contract was sold with the multisite division NOT lost, and if what i heard is correct then check the names of the people who bought it... (ex inspired) So if it is correct and has been sold it is no surprise as they have been talking about for months(check previous posts)
Djeimel i hope you are right as this sale bit has been dragging on a bit now and no word has been heard about if these bids are for the whole company or a division.. My bet is that it will be a division and more than likely one that still operate's traditional product's, The reason for me saying this is 4+years ago the company as it was back then told all us staff(as i was back then) that the focus was going to be SBG and it did'nt see us dealing with pool-tables/cd jukeboxes or fruit machines in the future... I do see some good value in this share, dont get me wrong they have along way to go, but in the current financial climate selling the loss making pub division can only be a good thing for the company as it is now
Hi All, Just Found Out That The Trail For The New Cabinet For W/Hills Has Started...... Let's Hope It All Goes Well
When did you see the new cabinet????? If so what's it called???? Why is it a rehash as you put it????? I get the feeling your another ex leisure link now gamestec member of staff....... If your going to post opinions on here dont just make stuff up because your unhappy with the company you use to work for...... I'm off to speak to some people and do my research before i post any more info on here
In Ref. to SP i cant see them getting back to the hazy days of £3+ again but would'nt be surprised if it got back to around the £1.25 mark in the next 12 month's.....(this is just my opinion and mine alone) Have also heard rumbling's of a new cabinet and software for the w.hill's contract which if hill's are impressed could result in INGG getting back to 100% of the estate,Also a lot of effort going into the independent bookies market. And a lot of positive's came out of the recent Betting Show 2008,so i have finger's crossed on this share and do think there are good time's to come after a bad previous 12 months.....
At last the price is going in the right direction.... Thing's are looking promising for INGG although i feel gutted for the staff who have gone over to Gamestec.... The pub division was just lossing to much money, and now it's gone the rest of the division's can make the company profit without it being wiped out buy the pub-side,s losses Said this would happen (oct 5...page 3)feel's good to be proved right........Where's Norm23 and Russcrook??? Ohh thats right they were banned from this site for de-ramping....
Cant seem to find anything on whats going on with IDD, Anyone else having any joy????????
Where are you boys getting your info???? Office cleaners perhaps????? All i'll say is wait and see what happen's in the next 4 weeks and then it will all come clear!!!!!
