Wrote this off a long time ago as did so many others. Think this would be a miracle if it does come back to life, Although also thought the same when gifted shares were mentioned(how ever long ago that was). But we got those gifted shares and i had never heard of that happening anywhere before, So who knows.
Its sad times but time to put these in the bottom draw and see if it does come back to life in the future.
As for this Chat Board im sure it stays open, as i was also caught up in the WRN fiasco which delisted ages ago and that board still runs.. So if anyone hear's anything positive in the next few years then you should be able to post it here..
Good luck to you all on your other investments and i hope you claw back your losses elsewhere... Big S
Does make me wonder where we would be if the Vote had gone the other way.
Having the ship on Silent Running for as long as Rita has is slightly worrying to me. And now the SP dropping with no News or Updates is making me think bad thoughts. Been in this share for so long now i don't see the point in taking out my holding at a massive loss. Just crossing my fingers for some sort of Battle Plan from Rita. Even GD has gone quiet :(
Dont mind me GD, Just realised what i wrote there.... And it's not even Monday
When did the Q4 results come out in 2017 GD??
I do like a good joke, But have been waiting a long time in this share. Also managed to get myself caught up in the WRN mess too. I know how to pick'em
Hi all, Just wondering were this figure comes from (0.5 end of Q3) as have read it on a few posts. I might of missed something on an Rns somewhere. Won't be getting to excited as need to see 1.5p before i see any profit. Got into this share back in the 5p days when lots of people were going on about the 10p Party. Been a long wait but good to see some upward movement. Thanks in Advance...
Now an ofer has been accepted is it best to sell up now or sit tight for 2009/2010 results???? I must say 74 million(60p a share) seems very cheap for INGG...
Fully agree with you combine, this share reminds me of Rift Oil(RFT) i was in it in 2008 and that had interest in it for quite sometime and the SP barely moved for 6 months. But when the offer was announced the SP was 8.3p at the time and the offer price was 13p which i was told was a common take-over offer price(50% of the current SP added to it)That could mean if an offer was accepted at this price then the offer price would be about 78p. Or if the price raised to say 60p then we might be looking at 90p a share
Just for fun, How long do we think it will be before an announcement is made in reference to a bid/offer???? Copy & paste your guess!!!!! Bigsteve238= 3-4 weeks
Thanks for that,i was sure i remembered reading that it was end of march somewhere... Just came across this article while doing a bit of research.... Makes interesting reading i think http://www.sbpost.ie/newsfeatures/the-energy-to-succeed-47933.html
May off jumped the gun on the AGM date, I had end of March in my head but after checking last years date(April 22nd) i might be wrong
Only heard more rumours, but if there true i and all us shareholders will be very happy people... Hopefully there will be more info and news released at the AGM next week!!!
Got the following link off the ii board.. http://gamingzion.com/gamblingnews/vlt-take-italy-gambling-market-by-storm-1261 Also heard that the old willaim hill's cabinet is being re-furbed and used for this contract, that means no expensive build costs just a small re-furb cost ... Which equals more profit!!!!! Plus sisal/inspired will be the only operator to have meet the strict goverment compliance law's( not sure how true this is as not found evidence to back this rumour up)
i think today's notice is from the big sell's that happened on the 18/2/10..... I am starting to think someone knows something the rest of us dont, which is a bit worrying because i'm starting to think current offer/bid may get rejected or collapse( hence the big sell)...But why would APOLLO buy in so big??? Starting to lose the faith with this share now, but no point selling at this level so might just leave it for 12 months then come back and see where there are.. Found this interesting link so thought i would share as it may relate to whats been happening with this share.. http://www.stockmarketcats.com/f33/deadly-art-stock-manipulation-2145.html
Full results for 2008/2009 should be out in March if it's the same as last year.. And as for the SP i cant see it moving till an Offer/Bid is accepted or annouced, this share should be in the 60p-70p bracket in my opinion... It's been a long old road with this share, i was lucky and bought in at 0.027p in late 2008 after the losses were annouced from the pub division. An Offer/Bid is on the cards i just hope it's a good one
Harrah's Entertainment linked with INGG Harrah’s is owned by Hamlet Holdings[1] (Apollo Management and Texas Pacific Group). While Apollo and TPG own a large majority......... Come on Harrah's Entertainment you know you want to buy INGG!!!
I like combine heard a fair few crumblings when at the ICE show this week, So am certain that there is a take-over offer being put in place.... As for when this is likely to happen(This is just my opinion)i think it will be early March, because they have storm trail's due to end around then(heard they have gone down really well with the bookmakers involved) so more contract's could be in the offering which would send the SP on an upward trend. So would make more sense to make a takeover offer before then while the SP is still low....... I apolgise if the above sounds like TOSH but it's just the way i feel it could go......
Are we going to see any movement in the final days of 2009????? roll on 2010 it's going to be a good one for INGG.... IMO
