look, the topic of conversation was the prospective placement, not at what price a share could be sold by one holder to another. you misfired. we are all human and make mistakes in the heat of the moment. happy to draw a line under it.

I'm not saying the SP cannot dip below 1p, i am saying the investment (as things stand) will not be less than 1p.

often when a disaster placing takes place the SP dips below for a short period - likely to escape any claims of robbery - i.e. "well you could have bought for a better price".

.. but at least i know the difference between a company issuing shares and a shareholder selling shares.
