Excuse me if I was seem to be a bigger plonker than usual but just trying to catch up with things here. Did the Chinese car maker Geely also take a stake in AM? I see that they were in talks at one stage.

Agree 100%. I always owned a Mercedes for too many years when very few people had one. Now everyone drives around in a Mercedes so I actually bought a AM from the local dealership at a big discount. The quality is fantastic. So I thought I better buy some shares as the price just seems very low compared what it was at its IPO. A 90% discount just seems good to me. I have some Chinese friends and they all have AMs and they tell me that over in China they love these cars and are very much a status symbol. I plan to buy more shares if this dips any further particularly if it gets back to the 30 to 40p. We shall see.

Can someone tell me how this was valued at over £5 a share when the were released but now down to just the 50p range? That is a massive difference.

I do like shooting brakes. Think I will order one of those as does look good. Plus I owe it to AM for all the money made on their shares. Thanks AML!

My neighbour burns his Bentley to the local Sainsbury’s or the wine bar which is less than 2 miles! He has also just bought a bike to get fit but I am worried about him on that as he looks very wobbly and unsafe. Too many push bikes on the road these days. I am all in favour of keeping fit but you have these young kids in their new Mercs and BMWs flashing around it always makes the roads unsafe particularly for cyclists.

Can see AML moving back to the £1 mark. So many people who I know and live have done so well on the stock market with the likes of Tesla etc producing great returns over the last year. Next door neighbour has a boring Tesla but also has a Bentley Continental GT Supersports that looks and sounds dreamy. I was just chatting to him and he has just ordered a new AM but not letting on which one. Will keep you posted.

55p was the next support and bounced off that fairly strongly. Will be interesting to see how this moves over the next week.

Certainly moves like an AIM stock.

I did say wait till Friday and should the see this start to recover after a weeks fall. Friday always a good day to buy and then might see this move back up next week.

Dropped below 2nd support of 60p. Might see sp start to recover to that this afternoon. This usually has a good bounce on Fridays so might hold off buying until later to see how it looks in the hope it bounces up tomorrow. Looking like a good support at this level right now.

Well that was a good rise over last few months. This plus my ASOS and Tesla stocks have done me well. Now for some time off and take a rest which looks like these will all be doing. I have a little bit in CPP which looks like it could be another multi bagger but a bit under the radar at the moment.

It does all sound very good and just what is needed for these times.

I am in the legal costs side of this profession and in view of of that tend to follow this one/trade along the way. Things not looking great so have been out for now waiting to see some results future merits. Will be interesting to see what has driven this sell-off.

Can see this heading for 5000p broker target Short term and then possibly back to 7000p this year depending on results.

Event Final Results for the year ended 31 August 2020

Looks like it will be taking a Bit of a rest as hit resistance level. Can now see this take the usual rest for a while. Nice profit made on this one over last few months though so cannot complain. These on line people look to be about the safest bet at the moment.

An impressive rise since the COVID drop to nearly 1000p. Do we know when next set of results are due out?

Been a great month. Buying very low and selling high. Nice profit made here for which many thanks. Not sure why this has bounced when looking at the numbers but a great share to trade. No idea what will happen next month but not one to hold long term that is for sure. Always find it is good to trade the shares where you have the large amount of chat.

Boo Hoo reminds me of that old TV programme if anyone out there was around back then. Perhaps should call it these days ‘Never mind the quality look the at the Price! They do sell crap but who cares when you can buy it so cheap. Any bright ideas on a new style name?

There you go. What did I say. Some of these people on low wages are happy for the work and any income. Now they will probably end up with no work and as many are illegal immigrants no Government handouts.

Indeed. I remote my mother back in the 1970s. Worked in a metal factory making small metal parts. She was paid very little but made lots of friends and saved most of her money as my father was the main bread winner but also on a low salary. My parent retired with the house all paid for and a ver sizeable nest egg. My mother enjoyed her job and made many friends who she still met up with in to retirement. If it wasn’t for these firms employing people on low wages the jobs would not exist.
