Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Just remember, based on past experience any timescale given will be plucked out of the air and be far too optimistic. Most timescales have taken considerably longer and I don’t trust this to be any different. Phase II has taken 4 years with less than 100 subjects, so I expect the same timeline pro rata’d to suit whatever the subject number requirements are for phase iii
So, I would expect approval to be at least a couple of years away yet.
Roll on the Chinese approval to at least keep the ship afloat…..lol
If I remember correctly, after upscaling PSNW could have manufactured 50k cans/batch, which is 67% more. I just wonder if the alternative company will perform an upscaling exercise too given the 30k is closer to the “before upscaling” rather than after. Surely Recordati needs more than 30k asap if the E5 are to be covered in totality ?
Currently the manufacturer needs to supply Europe and Taiwan and although there is no requirement for China at present given they are now in an administrative period, I would hope they are working with a local manufacturer and seeking approval and who, I would guess, would need the procedure from Italy (but could there be a problem regarding this and propriety information ?)
I just feel that after the many years of delay due to the manufacturer issue, there doesn’t appear to be any discussion on how they are addressing the possible lack of supply. Remember 30k cans at around say 40 euros a can is only 1.2mill which ERP gets, what is it, 15% (180k Euros). Certainly need to sort the batch size and supply issue out.
Trifling process ? Probably cos I was cooking …lol
I meant submission.
Not wanting to throw too much water on the fire, but. I was expecting good Chinese results since it has already been proven. I would have liked to have read on trifling progress, unless I missed it. And
Although they allude to cans flying off the shelves, 30k cans now and 30k cans expected in June does not fill me with huge expectations. Will the manufacturer be able to keep up with demand elsewhere ?
It will be, I’m that good …lol
Afternoon The.Italian. I’m now back in the UK for 3 weeks visiting my dear old mum (91). Not been back for nigh on 4 years. Just ****ing casserole for later ;-)
What….another one :-O
Certainly makes one wonder about the timing. No information provided in the rights prospectus, (why? When most rights issues include some incentive information). Then trading started in Jan when they surely knew about the name change, capital reduction and consolidation. This was followed by the results a few weeks later and wham the sudden drop by over 50%.
Certainly very very questionable !!!
And there was Dr M calling it snake oil. Well all I can write is. Snake oil or not, it certainly appears to refresh the parts that no other snake oil can reach.

They state they have enough cash in the bank for the next 12 months, so if they receive FDA approval in the next few weeks and an accompanying license agreement with, I would anticipate, a good/good upfront payment/s, it wont be necessary to tap any shareholders for cash. And in the words of our intrepid leader (maybe his mind was on Exoron at the time), there should be exponential sales progress.
Morning The.Italian.
I was just reading the FUM year end results RNS posted today and I must say. its highly positive with all the positive bullet points which include the recent license agreements, including the middle east and UAE which we have not even come close to, even though our management have been in supposed discussions for the last 8 years.
I also note that they are seeking international patent protection in all key markets till 2040....wow. (I wonder why we don't do that ? Maybe its because its OTC?, then why cant we do it for the EU?)
With respect to the EU, I wonder if selling Eroxon as OTC could compliment and even (dare I write) stimulate sales of Forticin if sold side by side ? I'm sure many would want to try the effects of both. Or would Forticin counteract those of Eroxon ?
Given all these new upcoming markets, will a single manufacturer be able to keep up with possible demand ? I wonder how many tubes are produced in a batch and how many batches can be produced in a year ? I'm sure if sales go well, which appears to be alluded to, they would need to bring in more production lines.
Bothwell,
It’s not actually an all time low where market cap is concerned. It was less than this before the DLI takeover announcement. Granted, the SP is Low, however. Given we had a 23% dilution to existing shareholders due to the DLI and the recent 50 dilution due to loan payback and working cap cash, it’s no wonder.
That said, as long as there are no further cash calls with the accompanying dilutionary effects, news on the 3 main fronts (China/FDA/US license) will propel the sp at the same rate in an upward direction. Unfortunately it’s all about timing. The company has enough money for the next 12 month (15 less time passed by) in which time there will be a hopefully US license upfront payment. Maybe the licensee will also pick up the phase iii tab since I’m doubtful the money for the next 12 months would include covering the costs. And of course the company doesn’t do any stupid and unnecessary acquisitions?
Well, your feedback did help as it made me look closer and voila..... I must have clicked on the green "Click for thread view" button". It was staring me right in the face....So close, yet so far, comes to mind. :-)
It is rather. My pc has been playing up a little lately (due, probably, for another rebuild), so it could have caused the problem
Anyroadup, thanks for your feedback.
Morning The.Italian.
What I meant was that when I click on the "View more Plethora Solutions Holdings Plc share chat", for example. I then see a list by subject. Each subject can then be opened listing all associated posts. Before, when I clicked on the "View more.........", I would see a consecutive list of posts by time stamp.
Maybe I have somehow inadvertently clicked on a view button which shows them by subject ? I'll look around the webpage to see if there is a filter or flag button which I have accidentally invoked.
Meaning the share float must be small
Todays volume is only .044%, so very little for the large drop.
Remember, most of the HK investors just follow the crowd and know nothing about the company or the product. They just invest and sell after the trend.
Not necessarily, some just may need the money and are cutting their losses. Alternatively the MnMs could be lowering the price to trigger stop losses. Who knows who may want to buy shares. It could even be some entity linked to a us licensee. It’s anybodies guess.
As long as there is no further dilution, the sp will go up on news.
If it has indeed changed, I would hazard a guess it’s to ensure when LSE police delete posts, they capture all who post under a deleted subject. I don’t suppose it will work if posters change the subject matter ?
Anyone noticed that BB posts are now listed by subject and not time stamp when scrolling past the first page. Unless there is some switch which I have accidentally invoked to show historic posts by time stamp ?
